ParticipantTry opening up a private browsing session (CTRL + SHIFT + N on Windows) and see if you’re still seeing the issue. Thanks!

ParticipantThanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since you’re all set here, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. 🙂

ParticipantIs this what you’re seeing on your end: http://screencloud.net/v/tUZe ? It seems to be displaying correctly for me, and I’m viewing the site in Chrome. You might make sure that you don’t have any Chrome extensions that might be interfering with the layout of your page (adblockers, script blockers, etc). Take a look at that screenshot and let me know if that’s what you’re seeing.
Thanks!

Participantcreateagogo,
Thanks for getting in touch! Sorry to hear you’re having problems, but hopefully I can help you out here. Our plugins work best when the ‘Default’ Permalinks option isn’t selected in WordPress. If you go into ‘Settings->Permalinks’ you’ll see many different options for setting up your URLs. Select any one of those besides ‘Default’ and click ‘Save Changes.’Give that a shot and let me know if it helps with your issue. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantIrene,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues here, but hopefully I can help you out. I’ve noticed that version 3.4.1 has had this issue with a very limited (only two so far!) number of themes, so we’re investigating further to see if there’s a deeper issue. In the mean time, I have a quick workaround that will allow you disable the AJAX paging while on the month view. Try pasting the following code into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/8689212Give that a shot and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂

Participantlimlesw,
I think we’ve run across this issue before. Can you try pasting the following code into your theme’s functions.php file and see if it does the trick? https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/6830275Give that a shot and let me know. Thanks!

Participantcriticalshadows,
Could you go ahead and deactivate all other plugins to see if that will allow you to use just the ‘postname’ permalink structure? If that fixes the issue, then reactivate them one-by-one to see if you can discover which plugin might be causing the issue.Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks!

ParticipantCliff,
Thanks for confirming via email that you’re all set here. Just to recap, we were able to disable the ajax paging on the Month view by adding the following code to your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/8689212Since you’re all good, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.

Participantingosch,
As an admin, I was able to login and submit a test event successfully, and then I was able to see my event in the Event List. My suggestion would be to reach out to the plugin developer and see if there’s some PHP code in the plugin that will allow you to disable it on a page-by-page basis. If so, then you should be able to perform a template override on the Community Submission form and add the code there. We unfortunately can’t provide support for third-party plugins, but let me know what you discover after getting in touch with the other plugin’s developer. Thanks!

Participantsitelockdesign,
It looks like your theme is using some custom CSS/Javascript to change the styling of checkboxes and dropdowns. I would reach out to the developer of your theme to see if they can help you disable that functionality. Unfortunately, we can’t assist with third-party or custom themes, but we’d be happy to answer any questions the developer might have about any of our plugins to help them.As I was looking at the source of your site, I noticed this Javascript in the header: http://screencloud.net/v/xKjB. You might try commenting out that code to see if it resolves the issue.
Hope that helps, and let us know if you need help with other issues. Thanks! 🙂

Participantlmilesw,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having issues here. Hopefully I can help you out. The URL that you entered for your site isn’t currently loading for me (screenshot). Could you double check that that’s the correct URL, and let me know so I can take a closer look? Thanks!-Casey-

ParticipantCliff,
I’ve followed up with you via email, so we can continue troubleshooting there. Thanks!-Casey-

Participantchristopher,
You should be able to restrict them to only editing their own events by not giving them the ‘edit_others_tribe_events’ capability. Then they will only be able to Edit Events that they’re the author of. Hope that helps! 🙂-Casey-

Participantingosch,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with that plugin, but would you mind sending me a private reply with a URL to your Event Submission form and a login so I can take a closer look? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-
