ParticipantHi,
It seems that the plugin is causing a 404 error when accessing an event listed in the calendar on this page http://criticalshadows.com/events/.
The URL is correct however the page displayed is a 404 page .An example would be this one http://criticalshadows.com/event-tickets/live-concert-event. But when I switch to “Default” permalinks it worked http://criticalshadows.com/?tribe_events=live-concert-event. But whenever I put it back to “Postname”, it again displays the 404 page.
I also tried to rename the “Single event URL slug” to “event-tickets” but still doesn’t work (the same with “event” only).
Kindly advise.

Participantcriticalshadows,
Sorry you’re having issues here, but hopefully I can help. Could you try switching your permalinks to ‘Month and Name’ and see if that does the trick? The month name URL structure will only apply to your blog posts, and your pages will still only have the post-name in the URL.Give that a shot and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Even though it will work, would like to stick with the current “postname” structure as we already done a lot of seo efforts and we do not want to loss post rankings. Any other alternatives?

Participantcriticalshadows,
Could you go ahead and deactivate all other plugins to see if that will allow you to use just the ‘postname’ permalink structure? If that fixes the issue, then reactivate them one-by-one to see if you can discover which plugin might be causing the issue.Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks!

ParticipantHello,
I have deactivated all plugins (only left was WooCommerce, The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets) changed permalink structure several types, but only the “default” permalink one makes the plugin work.
Could you take a look on this as we are getting delayed with the launching of the store. Let me know if you need ou login.
Thanks.

ParticipantOk, I was able to login and deactivate all of your other plugins and reset your permalinks by going to ‘Settings->Permalinks’ and clicking save. I’m now able to see the single event using the following URL: http://criticalshadows.com/event-tickets/live-concert-event/
So, it appears that another plugin is conflicting with the Events Calendar permalinks. I would suggest reactivating your plugins one-by-one to try and determine which plugin is causing issues.
I hope that helps to point you in the right direction. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantOk great it works. However, upon updating to the newest version of woocommerce, the cart at the bottom of the event is now gone!
I have added a sample event on Feb. 28, 2014 with a ticket price os USD100.00 but it’s just the box that shows up http://criticalshadows.com/events/
The event doesn’t appear on the product Categories “Ticket”, I have selected this under the events and checked with the “Edit in WooCmmerce”

Participantcriticalshadows,
Would you mind posting this issue as a separate thread in the WooTickets forum? That way we can track these issue separately. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-
