ParticipantCalzbert,
Just a note to let you know that we are aware of limited issues with WPML and are actively investigating ways of improving general compatibility with future versions of our plugin. Thanks for your feedback!Casey
Participantsanver,
Thanks for getting in touch! This can vary from server to server and really depends more on the file size (the maximum limit is set by your server) than the actual dimensions of the image. Here’s a great tutorial on how to increase the maximum file upload size in WordPress.Take a look at that tutorial and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantLinda,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately we don’t support random recurrence, as there’s no pattern to use if it’s random. 🙂 You can have events that recur daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. We also have the ability for custom recurrence (screenshot).Yes! The upgrade process is seamless and all of your events are left in-tact. You’ll need to make sure that you’re already running the latest version of The Events Calendar prior to installing the PRO add-on, but other than that, it’s pretty seamless.
Hopefully that helps to answer your questions. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantTroy,
We provide support for the free version of The Events Calendar once a week over on the WordPress.org support forums. If you’d like priority support, you’ll need to purchase a license. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantcriticalshadows,
Would you mind posting this issue as a separate thread in the WooTickets forum? That way we can track these issue separately. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantAre you still having issues here? I wasn’t able to replicate your issue, even after refreshing the page many times. My other suggestion would be do update WordPress to the latest version.
If you’re still having problems after that, could you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.
Thanks! 🙂
