Removving "Event Organizer" Dropdown Menu

Hello,

I’d like to remove the Dropdown option of picking pre-existing event organizers. I’d like for Organizers to just type in their name and not be able to pick anyone else. How do I do this? Is there a place where coding is written out for me to copy and paste. Also, on what pages do I paste the code to.

I am a VERY NOVICE user.
