    Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Can you check in your account to see if your license is attached to your domain?

    Go to My Account > License Keys.

    If so, can you remove the license key and re-add it in your settings?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for considering our products. If its a simple event and you do not need to use shortcodes you can use the free events calendar and always upgrade if you need more features. Based on your requirements, you will definitely need the Event Tickets Plus addon to accept payments.

    Hey there!

    Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then pasting it here for me as a private reply.

    Hi Nick,

    Since the event is created in Eventbrite as well, it may be possible to change it manually but that would be something you would need to ask them. In regards to importing an event from Eventbrite to the event calendar. You would be forced to use PayPal or Google Payments.

    Thanks for emailing support. First thing, lets try resetting the permalinks by going to settings > permalinks and click save. If that does not solve the issue, can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    Yes there is. You just need to add the appropriate translation files. If you site is already in Italian, those should be adding upon installation. Keep in mind we do not have 100% translated version. Most of the common items are translated.
