Says I'm out of license keys, but then says i'm on automatic renew

On my plugin page on my website it says that i’m out of installs and that i need to upgrade. but when i go to modern tribe page it says i’m set for autorenew

Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Can you check in your account to see if your license is attached to your domain?

Go to My Account > License Keys.

If so, can you remove the license key and re-add it in your settings?
