    The option to RSVP for an event doesn’t display on desktop. I only see it when I am viewing on my mobile device. This wasn’t happening until recently.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are experiencing issues. Can you add a new event so we can see on our end? This event looks like it has passed. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

    I just added a new event. We have an option to purchase tickets as well as an RSVP to pay at the door. Once again, RSVP isn’t visible on the desktop, only mobile.

    State of the Village Address and Luncheon is April 18

    Are there any suggestions as to why this is happening? It displays on mobile, but not on a desktop.

    Hey there!

    Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then pasting it here for me as a private reply.
