ParticipantSorry Jay! I ran out of time yesterday to hit all the responses that came in over the weekend. I am trying the import now with your API key. I will report back with an hour.

ParticipantHowdy again Winston!
This issue is still open, it is not marked resolved. We are however waiting on your feedback to confirm whether or not the steps outlined have fixed things for you. Have you had a chance to try them yet? Is there anything I can clarify about them? Both Brian and I have applied the CSS fix outlined in our browsers, and it worked marvelously. All you need to do is follow Brian’s instructions which I linked to in the last comment, and that will permanently apply it to your site.
Please let us know how it goes. Cheers!

ParticipantThanks for everything. I am investigating this now. I am going to try and create a new Facebook API key myself and try reimporting these events to see if I can replicate. I will let you know the result tomorrow.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Zachary,
If you use a CSS class other than “duration” as that won’t affect the calendar page. Or, you could use that CSS I shared above to fix it on just the calendar page, without affecting the rest of the site. Then you could leave your classes as they are. Does that all make sense?
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy again Jay,
You should be able to get the Eventbrite API key just by clicking on this link. It will also be the My Profile section of your WordPress install, near the bottom of that page. Are you now able to find it?
Cheers!

ParticipantThanks so much Jay for opening a new topic and double checking the end date.
This is definitely odd. In my research now I found one other instance of this in the past, and it was a Javascript error. But that is clearly not the case here.
There is one important thing to do as our next step. Depending on your website sometimes it can be a bit of a pain, and I apologize in advance if this is a pain for you. I would not ask if it did not appear essential to narrowing down the problem. Could you try testing if this is a conflict, as outlined in this guide? It’s three steps, and many people can run through them in about 5 minutes.
If there is not a conflict, would you be open to sharing your Eventbrite API Key? Definitely share it in a private reply if you are open to this. With that, I will try importing this event into my stock website and seeing if the form appears.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can assist along the way. Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Winston!
It’s nice to meet you. I would love to help with that. It is definitely odd.
It seems Brian had the exact fix right here. I just tried it one your site and it worked marvelously. Have you given this a whirl? It basically fixes a conflict between one of your plugins and The Events Calendar.
Please let us know if we can assist further, or if you have any questions. That code should definitely fix it. Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy Zachary,
It’s nice to meet you. That is certainly something I can help with.
It appears that your theme defines “div.duration”. It sets a large font, and a position of absolute. You can just undo this in CSS for tribe events. I would use code like this:
body .tribe-events-tooltip .duration { position: relative; font-size:16px; }You can insert that into any CSS file. Most people put it in their theme’s CSS files, but that is up to you.
Does that make sense? Did that work? Please let me know.
Cheers!

ParticipantThat is good to know. Thanks! Would you mind also double checking the ticket end sales field when you see this happening 600lines? I am suspicious that it is the root cause. If we can confirm that, then we need to figure out why it is wrong some of the time.
Cheers!

ParticipantHowdy jaymutzafi,
Thanks for posting. I just had a look at your site and can definitely see a missing iframe. The strange thing is though that event is a month away, as you mentioned. The above issue in this thread only relates to events that are a handful or so hours away, and it has been very consistent. It likely relates to timezones, which will at most cause an event’s iframe to disappear at 23 hours out in the most exotic circumstance.
In short, I believe your issue is quite distinct from the one in this thread. If I were you I would open up that event on Eventbrite.com, edit it, and double check that the Ticket Sales End field is set to May 6th, and not before for each of your tickets. If you need further assistance with this, would you mind opening up a new topic? In this forum we keep each topic focused on one customer’s issue, that way each person gets our full attention. We would love to help further though in a new topic, just let us know.
Cheers!
