MemberHello,
Sorry for the trouble on this.
I took a look at the site and saw the tooltips are not working and I am getting a Javascript Error, which is most likely causing the problems.
Can you please confirm you are using the latest version of the plugins (3.7).
Also, have you done any customization on The Events Calendar?
Thanks
Brian
MemberI think this is the best alternative right now. I am bringing this issue to the developers too, to see if we can find a way to resolve this as well, but there is no timetable on if or when that could be available.
Brian
MemberHi,
I looked at The Events Calendar and for the times I see 00, 05, 10, 15 etc…
Are you seeing only 00, 15, 30?
I uploaded an image and you are talking about this section, correct?

Please let me know and then we can figure something out to help you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI apologize there are no updates on this issue, but we are looking into the issue.

MemberHello,
I do not think there is an update for this. I will double check, sorry for the frustration and not having an update.
Could you please answer the following questions and maybe I can help you out or at least get more information for us to solve this issue.
Is your tickets sold count showing the correct number on the attendees page of the event?
Are any attendees showing?
What is the order status in WooCommerce->Orders for the ticket orders?
And can you do a bulk edit on the Ticket Orders and Mark Completed and then check the attendees list to see if they are updated.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
What you are asking is possible, but it would take some customization on your part to get it to work.
Our themer’s guide is a good start for making customizations:

Thanks

MemberHello Again,
I went to your site and did as you instructed and see the problem.
Did this fix itself as well when you changed themes for the timezone issue in this topic?
I believe both of these issues are related to the timezone error you are getting.
So lets try to fix that issue first and then check on this one, does that work?
Thanks
Brian
MemberHello,
It appears to be an issue with possibly the theme changing how WordPress uses the Default Timezone.
What is your WordPress timezone setting (found in the Settings → General admin screen)?
And are you able to contact the theme developer and ask if their theme is modifying the default timezone and if they have a work around for The Events Calendar.

MemberHello,
I took a look at your site in IE8 and did not see the links for future events.
How are you testing in IE8.
Are you using that browser directly or through the IE Developer Tools?
If you are having trouble with IE8 and The Events Calendar Future links could you create a new ticket for that issue.
It will help other people that have that same issue if it is in it’s own topic and for us to to solve it.Let us know if you are still having issues with IE8 and we can help out.
Thanks

MemberJoe,
Sorry you are having some trouble with this. Let me see if I can help out.
The Directory should look like this:
wp-content/themes/yourlivetheme/tribe-events/single-event.php
Can you please verify that is how it looks on your site?
Also, please double check the changes made it to the single-events.php. (I usually try to add some words below the first div to make sure the edits are showing up)
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks!
Brian
MemberHello,
I looked into this further and found that those two words are being placed there with javascript and are not translatable through the language files. I have created a ticket for our developers to look into adding translation for those two words.
ThanksBrian
MemberHi Tom,
Thanks for your interested in The Events Calendar.
What you describe is possible, but it is not a feature of our plugins.
It would require a custom template created by you that can be called with an iframe on another site.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Let me help you get to the bottom of this.
You are able to create tickets for events, but they are not showing in the shop page on the front end, correct?
Are the event ticket purchase showing on the single Event you created the tickets for?
Also, by default the ticket products only shows there and does not show on the shop page.
I hope that helps, let me know if you would like any help on this issue.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Kristin,
I’m sorry you are not having our plugin work correctly. I did visit your site and saw the problem first hand where it shows the events, but if you change a view the events are gone.
Could you please follow the steps for Testing for Conflicts on this page to see if that fixes it.
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Also, please use our 404 Error Guide to see if that fixes it, as I saw some 404 Errors in the console.
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/troubleshooting-404-errors/
Let me know if that solves the issue you are having or we can go to the next step to resolve this.
Thanks

MemberLuis,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar. I can help you out with this.
Since the plugin itself generates the “page” it is not a true page as considered by WordPress.
It does have body classes though that can help you target it.
One of these may help:
.events-archive
.tribe-events-page-templateThere is a way to make your own “Events” page but does involve some customization and creating your own template.
Thanks!
