MemberHello,
I also use Genesis so I played around with it for a bit and got this code to work, by placing it in my functions.php of my child theme.
This places it above the content, but if you look at the single-events.php you can find another hook to replace the one I used:
tribe_events_single_event_before_the_contentLet me know if that works out for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need any other on something else please post a new ticket.

MemberHello, glad some issues are working themselves out.
For recurring events in the Events->Settings->Display Tab we have an option: “Recurring event instances”
If you check that in list view only it will show the next recurring event and not the later dates for it. This does not work in month view though, but this should help on your home page for the list view.
Let me know if that works for you.

MemberHello oskarttt!
Thanks for using our plugin and our add on WooCommerce Tickets.
You are trying to get shipping and billing information to show, correct?
If you go to the Event with the tickets and hover over the title of one of the tickets and click Edit in WooCommerce. Then uncheck virtual product and update.
What happens then when you try to purchase that ticket, does it show the shipping address?
I was able to get the shipping address to work that way.
Let me know if that works for you. 🙂

MemberHello, yes you are right those events should be showing under the Calendar.
I tested with the coding you have and got the same result.
Try using the updated coding found here:
https://gist.github.com/elimn/46835a4a16dcdc4cde97#file-fast-forward-mini-cal-php
Changing to that coding fixed it for me.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi thanks for the interest in our Eventbrite Plugin.
I have answers for your questions below. I think many of the features you request would be a nice addition, but we are limited by the EventBrite API in what we can do.
Also, please check out the New User Primer for EventBrite and watch the videos as they walk you through the process.
The 2nd video starts with using the Eventbrite plugin, the first is for setup.
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/eventbrite-tickets-new-user-primer/
– I see a note that event registration does not work for reoccurring events. So, lets say I have a 10 week session that is seutp to reoccur every Wed at 10am, then I can’t sell tickets for these event/session?
If you setup a recurring event the tickets only show for the first day of the event and not the rest. You can go into EventBrite after that and setup tickets for later events.
– Paypal option – does this mean that all people who register for an event have to have a paypal account, or does it use the new paypal advanced setup where they can just enter their credit card even if they don’t have a paypal account?
Eventbrite’s API is for Paypal only and yes everyone needs a PayPal account to purchase through your website. This is a limitation of the API.
– Paypal payments – does this work for paypal canada customers?
Since they are using Paypal to pay it should, but there maybe settings on Paypal side to make this work.
– I saw a note about paying through paypal and how eventbrite will invoice as necessary for the eventbrite fees. That seems like a bit of a pain…is there some type of setup where we can just have eventbrite auto withdraw from our paypal account the fee so we don’t specifically have to put in a payment?
That is done on EventBrite’s side and the API does not enable us to change that.
– Can I still customize the registration form with any fields I want?
I am afraid not.
Does that answer your questions?

MemberHi hypnohealing,
Sorry for the troubles with adding The Events Calendar Pro.
I can help you out.
Does everything work when you turn off the Events Calendar Pro?
Can you give an example of this as a private reply: “New events are overriding old events”
And how does you theme put content on the home page? Is there a widget? is there a way to resave the coding or widget that does the event list?
Please let me know and we can go from here to resolve it.
Thanks
Brian
MemberWe do not have a demo site with dashboard access.
If you watch the third video on this page:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/
It goes through the Purchase Experience and Processing Order and will show you what information is captured.
And when you mean “Right now that process it multiple pages”, do you mean the purchase steps is in multiple pages? Mean after clicking the Buy Now button, it will be directed to a specific page where the user will need to fill in more info and then checkout, and it goes to payment gateway (just like every other WooCommerce checkout) ?
Yep, like every other WooCommerce checkout.(and we do not have plans to change that process so ignore my “right now” please)
Thanks
Brian
MemberSorry to hear that. I think you are close, may take some more testing to get to work.
Since there is not much else we can do here I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberEmily,
I did some more research and was unable to find a solution. I was going to post on JetPack’s WordPress.org page, but they have a message they are not going to be doing support until after the 24th.
I am making a note to follow up next week, but for now it looks like they are not compatible.
Thanks

MemberHello reservect,
Can you check your timezone settings in WordPress and let us know if they match that in Facebook.
Also please read up on this topic and see if it pertains to you.
Events Calendar import from Facebook and different time zones
If you are still having issues can you please create a new ticket and reference this one as we can help you better that way.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThanks for your note. Facebook returns the “Unsupported get request” error when you try to access age or country restricted content using the API, since you need to be logged into Facebook as a user in that location or age group in order to see the content. So it would appears that Page that is not working has some of those restrictions. That is a limitation of the Facebook API and not something we can change.
Do you think those Events fall into that category?
Brian

By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks!
