Few Questions before I Purchase the plugin

I need to build a 1 page website for an event on wordpress, at the very bottom of the page, I need to include the buy ticket form. Once the ticket is purchased the ticket will be automatically emailed to the buyer. Plus the user info such as Name , email, phone numbers must be saved in the back-end and must be able to export out.

My question is can this be done with WooCommerce Tickets plugin. Appreciate the help, will go on and purchase it if all the can be done using the plugin.

Hello thanks for the interest in our plugins.

I can answer you question about a one page event with ticket checkout.

Our WooCommerce Ticket Plugin adds a special product to WooCommerce for the tickets with some additional features. WooCommerce then handles the payment and shipping processes using WooCommerce’s methods.

Right now that process it multiple pages and to modify it would require modifying WooCommerce not our plugin.

Also, our plugin does not send the tickets until an order is marked complete in WooCommerce, usually that is a manual process, but there is coding to automatically do that you can add to your site.

Out plugin does provide some ticketing information but only for the person purchasing the tickets. So if I would purchase 4 tickets they would all be under my name and if you export that information from our attendees list my name would be listed as the Purchaser name and Purchaser email for each ticket in that group.

Is there any sample website/demo so that I can have a look at it?
And when you mean “Right now that process it multiple pages”, do you mean the purchase steps is in multiple pages? Mean after clicking the Buy Now button, it will be directed to a specific page where the user will need to fill in more info and then checkout, and it goes to payment gateway (just like every other WooCommerce checkout) ?

As for ticketing information, I need WooCommere/Woocommers Ticketing to capture the usual Name, Email, Phone details and keep it in the backend.

A demo site will really help me to see if this is what im looking for, do let me know. Thanks!

Yep, like every other WooCommerce checkout.(and we do not have plans to change that process so ignore my “right now” please)
