Deactivating The Events Calendar gives blank pages

Hi there,
I’m testing my site in a local environment and when switching off TEC plugin for testing conflicts, the whole site is broken giving blank pages (it loads the index.php but don’t charge the content).
What do you think is the problem here?
How can I solve it?

I’ve located a filter in my functions.php that appears to be the responsible of doing this.
So, this question can be discarded.
