MemberIt looks like the anything slider script is now loading before jQuery which is creating this error:
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
If you can move that to after jQuery loads that will resolve that error and hopefully fix the Calendar Tooltips.
Let me know if that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I looked into this more and was able to reproduce the error you were getting in the rss filter.
I modified the coding here:
https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/8776fc45363f674d6ae6
I changed the first check of $zone to prevent the error.
I am not sure if it will work with UTC time, but if you change the timezone to L.A. I believe it should fix the issue.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberFrom what I see the pubdate is correct in the actual xml feed on your site and in a test site I have.
Then in Firefox, IE, and for you in Mailchimp when it reads the pubdate is wants to subtract 4 hours from the time.
So the data coming from WordPress is correct, it is the program reading the xml data that is either doing it wrong or picking up something in the xml causing it to subtract 4 hours or more.
From what I saw in the xml data does not have anything that would tell it to offset the time. So I am going to look into it more.
Can you try saving another timezone, instead of the utc could you try the city in your timezone and see if that enables the filter to work.
I will let you know as soon as I have something, thanks.

MemberHi bennyhudson,
I’m afraid that’s not facilitated out of the box but it would certainly be possible to do something as a customization and that is why the other topic did not have an answer either.
As this is very much a custom development task there probably isn’t too much we can do to help but of course if you have any further specific questions we would be happy to point you in the right direction.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Thanks!

MemberHi Kim,
Thanks for purchasing the Community Calendar Add On.
I can help you troubleshoot this.
The current version of the Events Calendar 3.7 requires WordPress version 3.7 (currently WordPress is on 4.0)
You also mention they are using The Events Calendar Pro 1.3.3.
I am afraid that is not going to work with the Events Calendar 3.7.
You are going to need the latest version of the Events Calender Pro, The Events Calendar, and the Community Calendar to all work together and WordPress should at least be 3.7 although 4.0 would be better with its security fixes.
If you do not think you can update everything please let us know and we could refund the Community Events Calendar.
Let us know what you would like to do.
Thanks
September 29, 2014 at 9:47 am in reply to: Events Calendar Pro vs Events Calendar + 'Out of Installs' issue #775964Brian
MemberHi DPV,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help resolve this with you.
When you purchase The Events Calendar Pro it is an Add On to The Events Calendar so you will continue to need both for them to work. Same with the Filter bar it is an Add On for The Events Calendar. So you are good there, nothing should be replaced.
“Sorry, this key is out of installs.”
To fix this please go to Account Central on tri.be and under Licenses check to make sure the url there matches with the site you are trying to update the plugins on.
Even if it looks correct please Disconnect the Licenses and add them back through your site’s Event Settings you then try to update the plugins and see if that works again.
Download
You could also manually downloading the plugins from your account and manually uploading them. You will have to deactivate and delete them first from your site. You should not lose any data in that process, but I would backup your site to be on the safe side.Let me know if that works for you or we have to try something else.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the troubles.
I can help you out.
I took at look at your site and think I found an issue.
The source code is showing two versions of jQuery being loaded.
This one is as the top of the code:
<script src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7/jquery.min.js"></script>See if you can find out what is placing that and turn it off and see if that resolves the issue.
The site is also loading jQuery ver 1.11.1 from WordPress, which is the current script.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
September 29, 2014 at 9:25 am in reply to: In Photo View 'Previous Events' & 'Next Events' button issue #775925Brian
MemberHello,
I can help you out with this.
I looked at our coding and notice it may not be working correctly. The Next Events Link should not be showing if all the events show on one page. So I am looking into that.
I should be able to provide a work around to hide the links, but first I want to verify how our coding is suppose to work.
I will let you know when I find something out.
Thanks
September 29, 2014 at 8:54 am in reply to: Mini Events Calendar Widget does not link to events anymore #775870Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins and sorry for the issues with the calendar not linking too event anymore.
I went to your thinks and saw the issue. I also did a test on my site and it did not reproduce the issue.
Thank you also for testing for conflicts and reporting the results.
Can you answer the following for me and we can go from there:
Do you have any customizations in your theme?
Have you tried deleting the widgets and add new widgets in their place and see if that fixes the issue.
Also I noticed you are using W3 Super Cache, can you try clearing the entire cache after setting up new widgets and please check the script minify settings if you have them active to verify you have the latest scripts in there.
Let me know what you find out from that and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues, but I can help solve this.
Thanks for providing the csv sheet I used it and was able to reproduce the error.
However, I think the issue is related to the the event times.
The event start and end time should be in separate fields, the importer does not support one field and if I import your csv file and do not import the times the dates come out correct.
So splitting the times into two fields solved the issue for me and should for you as well.
Also for your information the csv importer does not support recurring events.
Let me know if that fixes the issue for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
That is correct we do not have shortcodes as part of our plugin.
There is an unofficial plugin called Event Rocket:
This does have some shortcodes in it, that enables you to embed the widgets into your content. It does not have a week view widget.
So, is there a way to embed the calendar on a page that isn’t the default mysite.com/events?
Not without coding a customization yourself, there is no out of the box method to do this and from what you describe in your message it is a significant amount of customization in each view that is not possible without coding it.
A plugin such as Members can help with restricting content, but that is beyond the features of our plugin as well beyond the level of support we can provide.
Support
As we try to make clear in our forum guidelines (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/) and the terms of service (https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/), customizations are generally outside the scope of what we can support. For the most part, with customizations like this, the most we can do is point users towards a resource like the themer’s guide that will help get them where they need to be.All that to say: we’re totally happy to continue helping you out as best we can, but I did want to make sure we were on the same page regarding our support system. I also want you to know that if at any point you find our support infrastructure or feature set isn’t to your liking, we’re definitely willing to give a 100% refund so you can find a solution that better meets your needs. While it’d suck to lose your business, I want to make sure we do right by you — even if that’s directing you towards a competitor.

MemberHello,
Thanks for providing the information. I took a look at your event list and then the feed xml.
I was able to match the next 4 events with both date and times and to their publication dates in the feed. Everything looked correct there.
When you say:
The rss shows <pubDate>Fri, 26 Sep 2014 09:00:00 +0000</pubDate> but it displays as 2:00AM.
Where does it show as 2am is it another program?
Snippet
Also you tried the snippet below to correct the timezone, but said it was not working and killing the rss.https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/rss-feed-time-showing-incorrectly/%5D
What error were you getting? In your error logs?
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThanks for providing all the information.
From everything you provided it does look as you say an issue with the theme and our plugin.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do to change the theme or really know what is causing the conflict with each other.
Have you tried contacting the theme developer and asking if they have a solution for this? They would know better about how there theme is setup and if they have coding in it to modify permalinks.
If you theme works with default permalinks and you are fine with keep it that maybe an option for now.
So I would say contact the theme developer and let them know the issue and if they have way to resolve it or can provide any other information where we might be able to resolve it with a snippet.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberI will try to help out a little more here, but there is not much more support on a customization we can provide on our forums for this.
I looked around and found this question on Stack Exchange:
http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/97176/get-product-id-from-order-id-in-woocommerce
If you look at the accepted answer it shows you how to get the order with the ID.
We have the id in an array in our tickets here:
ticket['order_id'];From there you can use that foreach loop to match the product names and get the price either in the order or you may have to get it using the produce id.
Looks like it will take some playing around on your part to get the price either way.
This is about as far as we can go on this customization and going to have to leave it to you to do the rest.
Thanks
