    Also, that is an interesting idea about the 5 Day Forecast. You maybe to do that with a widget on your own.

    Hi Jasmin,

    Thanks for using our plugins, I can answer your questions and yes you are very clear, thanks.

    I think you are considering to upgrade on the feature automating update when there is modifications on events. (right? I really hope so..)

    I am afraid it is not in the works as it is not possible with the Facebook Graph API to detect whether an event has changed. Until that change happens from Facebook we cannot add that feature.

    Just to be sure, until that time, dose event organizer need to inform EACH TIME when there is modification(s) so we can manually work on the website calendar? Is this correct? Or is there some sort of setting that admin can know without EACH event organizer inform the changes EACH TIME?

    Unfortunately, if a organizer modifies their event they would have to notify you so you can make the changes on the site.

    Oh ok. What plugin is that coming from? – The Events Calendar Shortcode?

    We are working on adding shortcodes to our plugin starting with our widgets, but right now there are none. So I am unable to provide support for a 3rd party plugin as we did not create the The Events Calendar Shortcode.

    However, looking at it really quickly if you add either order=’DESC’ or order=’ASC’ to the shortcode it should change the order.

    Thats is about all we can do to help on this.

    We do have a Event list Widget that does the same thing that you could use instead and I can help answer any questions on that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins and I can help you out here.

    You are talking about the datepicker in the Community Calendar where users can add events correct?

    It is correct that one is set by javascript.

    Unfortunately, changing the javascript is the only option for this as php snippets cannot cannot change it.

    Hi that is an interesting idea and I can where that would be helpful.

    Unfortunately, that is not a feature we have in our plugins.

    The only method available is to edit the events directly on those holidays to remove.

    I am going to close this topic as we typically close threads if there is no activity after two weeks. There is a ticket in the system to look into preventing this behavior and we will update you once we have some news on when it will be included in a future release.
