Hi sorry delay. We try to respond back within 24 hours to all posts and replies.

Unfortunately, WooCommerce tickets does not have a cascade on delete. I cannot say for the reasoning for it, but that is the only way to remove tickets right now from the total on each event. It is something that I think can be useful and I will bring it in our next meeting as to why we do not have it and how plausible it is to add.

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I took a look at the site and the single events are working and the widget is working. The event list did not work though. I believe it is a php error causing the issue. You mentioned having coding in your functions.php.

Can you back out that coding and any custom templates you have and see if that solves the issue.

The file is uploaded and saved to this directory:

/wp-content/uploads/tribe-importer/

So see if you can change permissions there and if that helps out.

Hey Gary,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can try to help troubleshoot this a little with you, but since it is on the Paypal site not sure how much I can do.

From what I understand Paypal’s message is saying your bank declining the payment, but as you said it works in other places.

Not sure why it is doing that. I did a google search and found other people with the same issue, but no one had a resolution.

I would start with the bank or company issuing the card and see if they can tell you why it is being declined and then checked with Paypal.

Not sure what else we can do to help on this one.

I can help you out here. When changing order status it does not remove tickets, but if you would like to go to the Event’s Attendee List and you can use the bulk action to delete tickets and that will change the Tickets Sold Number.

What I normally do is change the order status and remember the order number. Head to the event’s attendee’s list and find those tickets from that order using the order number and delete them.

Thanks for purchasing Events Calendar Pro and I can help you out with some tips on this customization.

It is possible to edit our templates after you move them to the theme so the edits stay after updating the plugin.

If you follow our themer’s guide you can get a good overview of the process:
