MemberOk thank you for the information.
I will look into it more on my site and see if I can reproduce.
I do know where are hoping to release 3.9 next week. That may fix the issue.
I am going to try and test this out and see what I can come up with on that version and see if that resolves it.
I will keep you posted.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk I see what you mean. I will look into this some more and see what I can find out and then get back to you.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins and I can try to help out here. It is true we do not have shortcodes, but we are working on adding shortcodes for our widgets to display them. In 3.9 which is coming in a couple weeks we have the mini calendar shortcode.
However, if you look at Event Rocket Plugin:
It is an unofficial plugin but does have some shortcodes that may help you out. They do not have the styling you are looking for, but you can make modifications to get the style you would like.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, the Events Calendar and WPML have conflicts and do not at this time work well together. So there is not much help we can provide on issues. We do have on our roadmap to start next year on making them compatible, but it does involve making some significant changes to our plugin to work so I am not sure one the timeline for the project.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the troubles with this. I can help troubleshoot it.
What is the order status for the Paypal Orders are they completed? What about the Stripe Orders?
Are the tickets showing up in the attendees list for the event with the Stripe orders and not with the Paypal orders?
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having with the ticket products. I can help with this.
Could you please provide a link so I can see the errors happening?
What payment processor are you using that is causing the error?
Does another Virtual Product Work or are they all broken?
Let me know and we can go from there to troubleshoot this.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk, sounds good.
Closing out this ticket, but if you have any other issues related to this or something new, please create a new one.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Yes it would be cheaper to get the business license.
You can go into your account on Tri.be and then upgrade one of your licenses to business. Then you could change the other personal license accounts in your sites to the upgraded business license.
Here is a good explanation of the upgrade process.

Let me know if that helps.

MemberHello,
I can help you out here. We do have a bunch of different conditionals that enable you to target specific views.
See if this list helps you out:

MemberHow odd. I got the same error that you do. It starts loading and then in the console it turns red.
I tried to visit the Category Page directly:
https://ca.ctrinstitute.com/workshops/category/crisis-response-planning/
And get a 500 Internal Server Error. Do you get the same error? Is that the correct link for that Event Category?
If so do you have security plugins or htaccess coding that might cause this issue?
IF you can remove crisis from the slug does that solve anything?
For example change the slug for the Event Category to /response-planning/ and see if that helps.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here. I am not sure exactly where you mean. Is this in the admin or the front end?
Can you supply a link for where the translation is not happening and I can take a look.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk thanks for the information.
I did look at the source code on the home page and it looks different then our traditional widgets. Is it possible you can ask the developer if they have run into the issue or post a link to the coding in pastebin or gist for the coding that creates these events? It is hard to say what is going on because the coding is not standard in the Events Calendar.
Let me know and I can try to help out thanks.
Brian
MemberGreat, glad it is all working, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks!
December 4, 2014 at 1:31 pm in reply to: New venues getting created even though code has been commented out #908044Brian
MemberHi,
I took a look at that screenshot of the venue.
Are you getting any SPAM events through the form? It looks like that is what that venue is. I looked and see the fields commented out in the source code, but you can still read field names so maybe a SPAM script is reading it and sending content that way in a GET request.
You can delete the fields if you like instead of commenting out, but please test after you have done that.
And you are correct there is no feature to disable the creation of venues.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
