    Hi Kristen,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    How may different events are you trying to import from each site?

    How many events are imported and how many have not imported?

    Can you provide the list of pages from the settings in a private reply?

    Also, in a private reply can you let us know your hosting plan? We maybe running into server resource limits, but not sure yet.

    Also, did you find out anything about the past events duplicating? I looked at your other thread, but did not see if you got back to us. Is it still doing it? Is it on all events or from a specific page?

    Let me know and we can go from there.

    Ok that would be my next suggestion is to contact the host and check on php sessions and cookies sessions and to make sure the server is not having issues with them.

    Do not have any coding for that.

    Usually the map shows next to the venue information.

    Your site has two javascript errors causing the problem.

    TypeError: $(…).corner is not a function $(‘.myCorner’).corner();

    TypeError: $(…).nivoSlider is not a function $(‘#slider’).nivoSlider({

    Fixing those might fill in that area with the map.

    That is about all we have for this issue.

    Hello,

    I am not sure exactly what you are asking.

    Are you saying you would like to display both the ticket price and the VAT tax next to each other?

    We do not have a feature to do that, nor anything else directly related to VAT taxes. You maybe to modify the ticket form to display some information.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using Pro. I can try to help you out here, but I am limited in the support I can provide on customizations.

    Are you selecting the option in the Events Editor to make the events All Day?

    If so our functions take that into account and do not show times for the Event in the widget, single event, or in any of our views.

    If you would like to remove the end times and have a start time I think you would have to not select the event as all day and give it a start time and end time that would be removed by the filter.

    If that is not the case of what is happening can you please provide more information.

    Hi Thanks for the interest in Pro and Community Events.

    Yes if you have both Pro and Community Events, the community Events form supports recurring events.

    The form is easy to change around existing fields.

    It is harder to add new fields to it. We can try to answer questions about customizations like that, but for the most part you are on your own.

    Hi,

    It is still showing you have an active license for Pro in your account until May of this year.

    You can download the latest version of PRO from your account here, then upload and add it to your site through the WordPress Plugin Uploader.

    We do not have a feature to add routes into the map.

    That maybe something you can customize yourself, but it is not something we can support.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    I took a look at the coding and it appears on the Events Pages the Global $post is not returning anything.

    Not sure why that is no longer showing anything there. We are pretty busy today catching up from the weekend,but maybe to help out tomorrow if you are unable to get it.

    Hi Amanda,

    We offer one main view of the Calendars through the plugin, but each Category has it’s own view. So you could link to two different categories to have those two calendars.

    If would like something like this, but those urls might be different depending on what you name the categories.

    Main Events Page
    yoursite.com/events/

    Daily Specials
    yoursite.com/events/category/daily-specials/

    Community URL
    yoursite.com/events/category/community/

    Hi thanks for using our plugins.

    I can help you out here. When events are imported to the site they are done so in relation to the timezone set in WordPress. Once it everything is based around that timezone so events do not show the times based on the visitors timezone or where the event is located.

    That could be possible, but would take some customization on your part.

    I can help answer your questions, see my responses below:

    1. We would like to list events that would display various company logos, is this possible in the pro version?

    Not sure what you mean there, we display the featured image in list view, but not in our widgets. You could add it, but would require some customization on your part.

    2. Also I have tested the addon with my current theme however it seems that events are only available to be viewed by logged in members even when flagged as public and assigned an event category. Not sure if this is a theme compatibility issue. Can you tell me if the plugin is compatible with my current theme? (Streamline pro on genesis framework http://my.studiopress.com/themes/streamline/)

    I use Genesis as well and not seen this issue before. You can try changing the Event template on this page:

    Events > Settings > Display Tab

    Change the Events Template to Default Page Template and see if that helps.

    3. Finally does the pro version allow videos to be embedded in event pages?

    You can use the Content Editor in the Events to add a video, there is not an obvious reason it would not work.
