Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
You are trying to create a ticket with the event first published in WordPress and the initial registration with Eventbrite, correct?
I went through the initial process on my test site and published a new event and registered it with Eventbrite with one new ticket and it worked for me.
Let me know where you are in the process and we can go from there to get this resolved.

Do you have any caching plugins or minify plugins active?
Usually those cause this issue and need to stop trying to reminify our scripts to fix this.

For the most part we do not provide any developer support and provide the plugins as is.
All customization or changes are on your own. We might try to answer a question or two, but beyond that we are not able to help.

And to answer your question we do not have a api or connect to the XMLRPC to import events it is possible, but not something we support.

MemberThis discounts should be taken out directly in the cart. Are they not doing that?
It will be 30% off the regular price. We do not have renewal coupons as the system is suppose to do it automatically.
It will be $62.00 to renewal a personal license.
I checked on my account and it took out the renewal discount for me.

I believe this is a bug with the slug conflict message.
We have a fix coming out next week, but I also have a patched version you can try now.
Please download this file:

Then follow these steps for manual updates:
That process does not delete nor change settings or events, but it is always a good idea to backup just in case.
