I emailed you guys 3 days ago asking for help in renewing my license for 3 of your plugins and got no response. What do I need to do to get some help? I’m ready to renew; that is like money in the bag for you. I’d think someone would’ve responded same day.
Your contact methods are designed in a way there 4 out of the 5 choices require a post in the forum. There is no way to contact anyone regarding renewals that expired.
