I emailed you guys 3 days ago asking for help in renewing my license for 3 of your plugins and got no response. What do I need to do to get some help? I’m ready to renew; that is like money in the bag for you. I’d think someone would’ve responded same day.
Your contact methods are designed in a way there 4 out of the 5 choices require a post in the forum. There is no way to contact anyone regarding renewals that expired.

I did check for your email and only saw one from April 2015 so not sure where it went, but usually we would respond within 24 hours.
Anyway you are able to renew from your account without any special links.

It will be 30% off the regular price. We do not have renewal coupons as the system is suppose to do it automatically.
It will be $62.00 to renewal a personal license.
I checked on my account and it took out the renewal discount for me.
Let me know if you do not get that price.
