MemberThere was a bug where saving as 12:00 would delete the 00 and the resave caused the issue you are having. We addressed that bug in a previous release, so not if it is the same thing or something different for you.
Do you think it is related to this issue another customer had:

MemberThere is not much we can do for 3rd party conflicts.
You maybe to contact the plugin developer and see if they have some coding to prevent it from running on Event Pages.
