ParticipantI have purchased Event Calendar Pro and Woo Commerce Tickets to work with my WordPress site. It has worked in the past. However, recently when I am adding new events and try to add a ticket I click the add ticket button and the screen just jumps back to my events page at the top. I am unable to create a ticket. I have made sure my license keys are updated, plug-ins are up to date and any related plug-ins that I think work with this are up to date. WordPress has been updated to the latest version.

It sounds like there could be a javascript error creating the issue.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide and see if that helps narrow down the issue:

ParticipantI have reactivated the twenty thirteen template and the problem was resolved without deactivating the plugins. Once I reactive the original Enfold theme, I encounter the exact same problem. If I left the theme as twenty thirteen and deactiviated all plugins, the problem was also not there. So the problem seems to be with the Enfold theme.

Glad you were able to narrow down the issue.
Enfold does have some extra coding for the Events Calendar and that looks like it could be the issue.
They do have a way to turn it off. Please see this link on their site:

ParticipantI reviewed the listed php file:function-enfold.php for the listed line to comment out from the Enfold Theme forum. The line of code referred to in the install (require_once( ‘config-events-calendar/config.php’ ); //compatibility with the Events Calendar plugin) is not in the code I have installed online. I even searched for just the word “require”.

MemberI thought it would be in the functions.php file of the theme.
Since we did not create the theme I am unsure how it is all setup.
If it is not in the theme’s function.php you maybe to open a ticket with them and see if they can help out as they have a better understanding of their coding.
