    Hi.

Just bought the pro version after using the free for a while.

I initially installed via wp-admin the zip file. Didn’t work, message said I needed to update to newest version.
I had deactivated the free version, but didn’t delete it.

Then….I deleted both installs…the free version and pro version and installed via FTP.

    Same issue.

Here is the message: “To begin using Events Calendar PRO, please install the latest version of The Events Calendar.”

The Events Calendar is a link, I click it and it opens up a white box with a progress circle in the middle. I let it go for at least 20 min…nothing.

There is no ‘events’ menu in any of the sites or network admin.

fyi…this is a wordpress multi-site, three sites, all subdomain.
Help…I have a client deliverable and need to get it compelted.

    Thanks in advance,

    Dave

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Since this is on Multisite are you activating the Events Calendar and the Events Calender Pro with a network activate or doing it on each individual site? It should be one or the other and not one is network activated and the other individually activated.

If done individually does the main site of the mulisite have either plugin active?

Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi Brian,

I didn’t realize it was an ‘add on’ to the free events calendar. My bad. I had deleted the free plugin.
Love this plugin…thanks for the help. Sorry for the confusion.

    All is working perfect now.
