I created a ticket through woocommerce as virtual and they appear. Require Your explanations or have to ask You to return the money, because Your component does not work.

Hi sorry for the issues you are having I can help out.

Have you reviewed our New User Primer on How to create tickets:

Tickets are created in the event’s themselves and not through WooCommerce’s Product Editor.
