MemberHi,
Yes if there is a plugin present you cannot upload a new plugin. That is a requirement of WordPress.
If you want to reupload a plugin you must delete the existing plugin.
Deactivating and deleting Pro should not cause any data loss, but an issue could always come up so it is always best to back up your site before.
Let me know if you can get that to work.
Thanks

MemberI do not have a timeline for 3.10’s release and cannot provide any dates. Hopefully, it will be within the next two months, but that could change.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a feature to create events based on someone’s birthday. You maybe to use the csv importer and import their birthday and use their name as the Event Name and that will get you close.
We do not have any other features to support this and it is beyond the support we can provide to help on any customizations.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove tribe from the links in our plugin without a major rewrite. That is how all our custom post types and taxonomies are registered so the name has to be included.
As Barry said in that thread it is beyond the support we can provide to help on something like this.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We have yet to update our coding to work with the new API, but will still be able to import events from Facebook once we do. We do not foresee any issues so far with that.
We do not have a shortcode to display the large calendar, once we release 3.10 we will have shortcodes only for the Pro widgets found here:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help get you in the right direction on this.
Can you provide a link to a pastebin(it is free and do not need an account) or gist of the coding you are using for this.
I can help make recommendations based on that.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Thanks for using our plugin. I can help you out here.
The themer’s guide is one way to do this, but the coding is already there so just adding some css will show the links.
Try this css:
.tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-next a, .tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav li {
display: block;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
I took a look at the event list here:
http://tricitiesyardsales.com/wordpress/events/list/
And did not see the issue with the Iris Festival Event, is that the page you are having issues on?
And if so can you point out an event that is showing the problem and I can take a look.
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help answer your questions.
For CSV import on the venues it is best to import the venue first on its own csv and then import the event and match the venue name.
On the venue import you can add all the venue fields including the address.
For the event category it will create the category if one does not exist.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I am closing this thread as it is a duplicate of this one that is still open:
We will help you there regarding this, it is not necessary and only creates more confusion for us to open new threads on issues we are working on resolving in existing ones.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing our plugins last month.
The Facebook importer does not sync events from Facebook.
It is a one time importer and this is because the Facebook Graph API does not have a way to detect if an event has changed, which is what our plugin uses to import the events.
The only way to make changes to an event already imported is by manually updating them.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not have a feature to upload featured images for venues or organizers using Community Events.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
