Does Facebook Integration Still work (with new Facebook API)?

Hello,

I have 2 questions:

First, I read that Facebook recently changed their API so that some WordPress calendars no longer integrate. Does this pose a problem with The Events Calendar?

Second, I downloaded the free version of the plug-in and only found a side-bar widget version of the front-end. Is there a shortcode version that can be displayed in main content areas, as a large calendar? And is this exclusive to the paid version?

Hi

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We have yet to update our coding to work with the new API, but will still be able to import events from Facebook once we do. We do not foresee any issues so far with that.

We do not have a shortcode to display the large calendar, once we release 3.10 we will have shortcodes only for the Pro widgets found here:

I do not have a timeline for 3.10’s release and cannot provide any dates. Hopefully, it will be within the next two months, but that could change.
