MemberHi Brent,
When deactivating and deleting our and then reactivating our plugins no settings or events should be lost.
However, it is always a good idea to backup the site first just in case.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
You can add the gravity form shortcode into the event visual editor on any event you like.
The best way to test that out is through the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
You could also embeded it in a template following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
It looks like both licenses are attached to the same site.
So can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugin.
It is not currently possible to create events using their API we can only import them.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not have a master url hidden away on a site for the ical export.
Which coding are you using to try and achieve this? And does it help if it is in the functions.php?
Also, are you using a child theme?
Let me know and I can try to help out.
Thanks

MemberI think I found a solution. For some reason your server returns a different result for a function then others. I was able to change it.
Please try to import an event and create an event and register with eventbrite.com.
I was able to do both on your site.
There maybe other issues related to this bug, but it appears you can import and register events with eventbrite.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberI am not sure I can delete an account. I need to keep the order on record and that is all attached together.
The account will expire on its own and not charge you when the renewal comes up.
Brian
