I have updated eventbrite to version 3.9.5 and the eventbrite import function is not working.
May 13, 2015 at 10:57 am #962376growflParticipantthis is the error message I get….I’ve udpated all the keys, etc. and it’s not working
We were unable to import your Eventbrite event. Please verify the event id and try again.

May 14, 2015 at 7:45 am #962601BrianKeymasterHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
We are seeing some reports of this issue, but have yet to reproduce the error to find a solution.
Can you please confirm you have setup the app following these steps:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/
Also confirm the site url is the same for the Application URL and OAuth Redirect URI
What I mean is if your site is http://www.yoursite.com that should be in both those urls and not one being http://www.yoursite.com and the other http://yoursite.com
Import URL
The url now look something like this from Eventbrite:All you need to import is the number on the end so in this case:
13803190715
Query Monitor
If that does not help can you load Query Monitor:Then try to import an event and take a screenshot of the output.
You may see http errors on other pages for Eventbrite, but those should not be causing this issue as I am see them as well, but the Import and Event creation is working.
I use Awesome Screenshot for Chrome and Firefox to take a full page screenshot.
Let me know what you find out and you can do it in a private reply as well.
Thanks

May 14, 2015 at 2:00 pm #962734growflParticipantActually…the import works, but it doesn’t have the ticket sales available at the bottom like it used to.
