MemberHi Omar,
We are not able to help out on this on the Pre-Sales forum.
You are asking for a theme modification and we cannot help with that per our terms and conditions.
I referenced the themer’s guide as a way to maybe help you out, but that is all we can do.
You can take your question to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
One last thing is you can look to modify the header template in your theme and use these conditionals to get it to what you want to display only on event pages:

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Unfortunately, we do not have any BuddyPress specific features as you describe.
Community Events could be used on a BuddyPress site, but would only enable users to add events to a central calendar and not for each user of BuddyPress.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Matthew,
Thanks for the interest in Eventbrite Tickets. I can help out.
The Eventbrite Importer can import any public event and would show the ticket box if checked on your site, which enables visitors of your site to start the ticket purchase process on your site.
However, the ticket purchasing process is 100% in Eventbrite so there is no way to import an event from someone else’s account and charge a commission.
The Eventbrite plugin is a way to sync data with your WordPress site and to create your own events in Eventbrite it does not have any ticket processing capabilities it sends you back to Eventbrite to do that.
And yes you can run WooCommerce Tickets and Eventbrite together. I have them running on my test site and they are not causing issues, but they are still separate add ons and tickets created in one are not shared with the other.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
We do not have features to add capabilities to other roles.
However, you can use the User Role Editor plugin:
With that plugin you can edit the Shop Manager Role and edit the Custom capabilities for it.
There you want to add all the capabilities with tribe in the name. For example edit_tribe_event.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

I can help out here.
It is not possible to transfer licenses.
However, we can refund your purchase and then you can purchase WooCommerce Tickets.
To request a refund please follow our policy outlined here:
And we can take care of it. Thanks

MemberI am not sure what is wrong and we do not have any resources to troubleshoot this one.
Unfortunately, WPML or related plugins cause problems with our plugins and we are unable to provide any resources to help with that for now.
WPML is something the support team is strongly pushing to get integrated into the Events Calendar and looks like we are going to be able to put some resources to do just that. I do not have a timeline when it might be included though.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I was able to reproduce the errors and here is what I found out.
I created a radio, checkbox, and dropdown additional field.
And created fields with colon, comma, ampersand, semicolon, and vertical pipe in the field value.
I found the semicolon, colon, and comma worked in all three fields.
I found in the check box the field with vertical pipe would show checked after saving in both Community Events Form and the individual event editor.
For all three fields I found the ampersand did not show as selected even if that was the value of the field after saving. In both areas here too.
I found the fields were always saved, but would not show as selected on reloading the form.
I have created a bug ticket for us to look into this issue and resolve it.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
We do not offer shortcodes for the main views of the events calendar or for the Community Events form.
However, that does not mean you have to do any coding either to get this to work.
Automatically the Events Calendar creates an archive for the events here:
yoursite.com/events/
For Community Events these two Url’s are created:
http://yoursite.com/events/community/add
http://yoursite.com/events/community/list
The first url is to create new events and the second is list events created by your account if logged in.
Please note those urls are different if you do not have pretty permalinks on, however, all those links on your site can be found when in the admin under the Events heading.
It sounds like you are new to our plugins so I would encourage you to look over all our settings in the New User Primers for each plugin:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
PS This is the Pre=Sales forum and since you purchased the plugins we can better help you if you login and post in the premium support forums.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, there is no feature to enable an event to have multiple dates and there is no hook or coding we have to accomplish this.
Right now the only way to achieve this would be to create 3 separate events and then add links to the others in the event content editor for each event.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks using our plugins and the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.
Out of the box we do not have a feature to show tickets based on a users role.
You could follow our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
And use that to move and edit the ticket form in your theme.
Once in your theme you could come up with a way to show a ticket based on a user role.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
The current version of the plugin is 3.9.6.
If the automatic update is not registering it on your site you can download it from your account here @ theeventscalendar.com
Then deactivate and delete Eventbrite on your site and upload and active the latest.
Although no issues should come up it is always a good idea to backup your site first.
Let me know after the update if you still have issues authorizing the APP.
Also, if you have trouble with the existing APP in Eventbrite please try with a new APP.
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk,
As George said we do not support the Event Rocket on our forums.
If you are relying on Event Rocket it would be a good idea to wait until Barry updates it before updating all the plugins on your live site.
Thanks for the feedback so far and let me know if you have to coordinates issue worked out.
Cheers
