MemberHi Omar,
Glad it helps some.
As a paid subscriber we try to help out and get you started on theme compatibility issues, but we are unable to troubleshoot the entire process.
It looks like you could add a image by coding it in the header and using those conditionals. It would take a bit of php and an understanding of theme to get it done.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
June 15, 2015 at 7:53 am in reply to: Is community events add-on v3.9.1 compatible with events+pro v3.9.3 #969431Brian
MemberOk great, glad it is working.
I would look at our 404 Error Guide if this happens again:
Also version 3.9.3 of the Events Calendar and 3.9.1 of Community will work together.
It is the first two numbers that should match. So 3.8.4 to 3.8.2 is good.
3.9.3 to 3.7 would most likely have issues.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
June 15, 2015 at 7:41 am in reply to: Error on Checkin: requested URL's length exceeds the capacity #969425Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the url.
I am seeing something similar on my end. It happens because it bulk edit does not clear the query string of the url so it gets longer and longer.
We have a bug ticket in to address this.
In the mean time I would look to using the โCheck Inโ Button instead of Bulk Edit.
And if you are using Bulk Edit to only do 4 to 5 bulk edits in a row and then reopen the Attendees Page from the event list again.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
The only way to remove the event categories would be to replace that function ( tribe_get_related_posts() ) with your own and then put that into the Event Templates following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
So you could take that function, add it to your theme’s functions.php, rename it. Then remove the category part of the function and add it in place of the current related events function.
That function is called on this template:
events-pro\src\views\pro\related-events.php
In 3.9 the template is here:
events-pro\views\pro\related-events.php
All you have to do is change the name of the function here to what you call it:
$posts = tribe_get_related_posts();
Cheers

MemberHi,
We are trying to figure out how this happened.
However, now it looks like the original account the license is now extended for a year and expires in 2016. Can you confirm you see that as well? This is the account you are using to post here.
Also do you have the exact steps you took to create a new account.
You clicked the link to renew from the email and then how were you able to create a new account?
Please let us know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the information.
No you do not need to change anything with the Events Calendar at 3.9.3. That is fine.
I am not seeing any reports of this exact issue so can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And try to authorize the app with only the events plugins active and a WordPress codex theme.
Let me know if that helps the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi,
you have to look in the Events Calendar not in Pro:
wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\views\single-event.php
Brian
MemberCan you login with the new account and go to My Account > Licenses.
The license should there.
If not please post a forum ticket with that account so we can take a look.
