    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

    To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

    Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info.

    I appreciate the offer for the admin access.

    However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.

    On the staging site if you disable WooCommerce Tickets and then add costs to some of the events does it fix the filter bar cost then?

    What if you change the Cost Field Filter Bar Setting (Events > Settings > Filterbar > Cost) to Checkboxes instead of a range does that change anything?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    I do not believe we have a hook or filter to reorder right now and the only way would be to do as you have done.

    However, we have started a major overhaul of the ticketing system and this is something I think we can include.

    I have made a note to check on this and see about getting it included.

    It will not be in the next release, which is 3.12 as that is in final testing, but we have it scheduled for the release after that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    I am not sure exactly what you mean, but we do not have any coding to modify the look of the calendar beyond what is included in the plugins.

    It is possible you could follow our themer’s guide:

    To modify the event templates, but for the most part that is beyond the support we can provide.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but I am limited in supporting themes.

    What is your default setting on the site for the sidebar? Does the sidebar show on the single posts?

    If you can get the sidebar to show on the List View,etc, but not the single events then it sounds like something is blocking it from single templates. As both the main event views and the single templates use the same base template.

    Let me know what your settings are and we can go from here.

    I can help out here.

    I took a look at that site and they are using the Events Calendar and I see the events tab.

    Unfortunately, that is not a feature of ours. It maybe possible with another widget that creates tabbed content using different widgets or by shortcodes and you could use out Event List Widget For that.

    I do not know any off the top of my head, but WordPress.org might have some plugins in there to do that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help you get started here.

    We currently do not have a feature to display the month view on the single venue or organizers so I cannot support that feature.

    It is possible the templates could be modified, but it would be an advanced customization. I can give some tips to get started if you like.

    One quick thing to mention is the single venue, organizer, and event template can be customized following our themer’s guide:

    Thanks for the information.

    I changed to Italian and made the event with the same settings and it worked for me, so it does not look like an outright bug yet.

    If you disabled all the plugins and it still did not work then it could be a cron issue.

    Can you verify your WordPress Cron is enabled, it is setup in your WP-Config.php

    It should be set to this or not there at all:

    define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false );

    Also, can you use the WP Crontrol plugin:

    WP Crontrol

    To check for these two crons are listed:

    tribe-recurrence-cron

    and

    tribe_events_pro_process_recurring_events

    Can you let me know if they are in the list and the last time they ran.

    If you like you can click Run Now and see if that then creates the recurring events.

    I did update the coding after I first posted a link to it to add a check for a value and if it is a number otherwise it was giving me some errors on some pages.

    So please use that new coding.
