    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. Sorry for the issues.

    I looked and saw the issue.

    That content is placed by this function: the_excerpt()

    So do you have anything on your site the modifies that function as that would be the cause.

    I can try to help out, but I am limited in supporting a WordPress function.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    Do you find if there is no organizer the default organizer is used instead or it is left blank for Facebook Events?

    Also, I believe the default organizer and venue is an all other nothing thing it will not fill in specific fields as they is no method to tell if someone would indeed want it to be left blank or filled in with a default.

    Let me know about my question and we can go from here.

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.

    I visited your site and see what you mean.

    It did not give me any errors though, which is strange.

    As a first step can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a feature like the site you linked to.

    It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.

    For the Artist, you could use the Organizers for that instead and rename them to Artist.

    You would like to add a new field to enter the Venue’s Facebook Page Correct?

    We do not have a feature to do that in the Venue.

    You could use a plugin such as Advanced Custom Fields to create the fields and then following our themer’s guide you could show the field on the venue:

    Hi,

    Yep the reCAPTCHA keys are from Google and free to use.

    If you had customizations it would be in your theme’s functions.php and in this directory of your theme:

    yourtheme/tribe-events/

    Ok thanks for the info.

    I visited your site and I can see it now.

    I used the navigation and it did not show the events as you said.

    The strange thing as you pointed out is there are no errors.

    I tried to replicate on my site and it worked for me so it is unclear on the cause of this.

    Do you have anything in your htaccess or coding in your site that might block ajax?

    What about anything that might block access to the admin or modify admin access?

    Also,

    Can you please follow the section of the WordPress Codex Debug titled “Example wp-config.php for Debugging” on this page:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

    Add that coding to your wp-config.php file.

    Please then login as a subscriber and recreate the error a couple times and then if you can send in your next reply the information in the debug.log in the wp-content directory.

    Also, send me the information in the System Information box under Events->Help.

    You can make those both private replies and we can go from there.

    Ok I see now about the cache poisoning.

    What if you could delay the Admin in English to run later then the Events Calendar?

    This plugin called Plugin Organizer does that.

    I wonder if the Events Calendar Plugins loaded first it would resolve this.

    Otherwise I looked through our coding and we load the language files on plugin load, which is the recommended way.

    Let me know if that changes anything.

    I remove the src, sorry if that is not clear.

    Ok thanks for the info.

    I totally get not wanting to do troubleshooting on a live site.

    Are you planning on setting up a staging site to test updates before doing it on the live site?

    If so we could help troubleshoot the issue there. It is hard to tell otherwise what the issue is.

    Could you maybe share the addresses and the L&L and what worked and what did not and I can try on my end to replicate.

    Hi,

    Glad you have a way around the issue. Not sure of the cause though within your theme.

    What is the theme company that makes it? As they do have some custom coding with the Events Calendar so that could be the issue and we would want them to fix it.

    If you make the changes to the templates in your theme following our themer’s guide:

    Then on updates the changes with stick. Unless of course you update your theme so it is recommended you use a child theme for the custom templates.

    It does not have the ability to show an event range like you ask.
