September 3, 2015 at 7:47 am in reply to: "Upcoming Events» »" I do not want to put to the event title… #1001619
Brian
MemberHi,
Can you send a link to where this is happening in a private reply I can take a look to make sure we are talking about the same thing.
I need that link so I can see the separator is to provide the correct snippet.
Then I can try to provide something.
Thanks
Brian
MemberIt looks like it could be modified by following that example.
However, we do not have a Country, State, or time filter as that example you gave.
So it would have to be added by customization.

September 3, 2015 at 7:32 am in reply to: Static Events not showing but Recurring Events are… #1001610Brian
MemberAll the events in the single view use the same base slug. So you would want to reset permalinks just to see if it sticks.
I find a lot of times this issue is caused by some coding that flushes permalinks every page load.
If you want to check for that function it is:
flush_rewrite_rules();
That is the one that does it. It should only run on plugin activation or deactivation and other rare cases.
Anyway let me know what the Rewrite Rules Inspector says and changing the single slug does.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I took a look at this again before creating a ticket and by default the Data and Time Separator is @.
It looks like you are using a <br> tag instead to get those on 2 different lines.
Since that looks to be the case you would have to modify your coding in the rss feed to handle that.
Thanks for bring this example up, but it appears to be unique to your setup.
Cheers

MemberHi,
You can get a Release Candidate of 3.12 in your account download section right now on our site.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not have a feature in 3.11 to do as you ask. You could create one event that recurs as you ask, but not two in the same series.
However, in 3.12 we have a complete custom recurrence that could handle this.
You can read more about it here:

You can get a Release Candidate of 3.12 in your account download section right now on our site.

Or it will be available in a week or two.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Looks like a little css conflict.
Try out this css:
.tribe_events .woocommerce .button.alt {
height: 48px;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
September 2, 2015 at 2:54 pm in reply to: Facebook Importer: Can I edit events after import? #1001482Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help out here.
The Facebook Event Importer imports the events and then you can edit as you like in WordPress.
It is a one time import from Facebook and not a sync.
The events look exactly the same as the other events in your site.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We are actually working on both of these items, but I do not have a timeline for their release.
The 2nd option though will be completed before the first option as it is in development.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this.
So you are saying that the Events Views do no work with Pro active, correct?
And you completed the 404 and Testing for Conflicts and it did not help, correct?
When Pro is active what is this setting:
Events > Settings > Display > “Default view”
And what Views are enabled:
Events > Settings > Display > “Enable event views”
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
