Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for not making it clear it is the Pro Widgets only that have shortcodes.
That is the MiniCalendar, Event List, Countdown, and Venue Widgets:
http://wpshindig.com/event-widgets/
The main views of Month, List, Map, etc are only on the archive section setup by the plugin.
If that is a deal breaker we are sorry to see you go, but would like you to get what you are looking for and you can follow our refund policy:
And we can take care of it. Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.
Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages
Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.
That should fix the issue.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
We do not have a feature to limit the purchases to one ticket per person.
I found this plugin:
Maximum Purchase for WP E-Commerce
https://wordpress.org/plugins/maximum-purchase-for-wp-e-commerce/
I have not tested it, but that might work for you.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
We do not take on any customizations.
We do have this list of developers that might help out:

MemberHi,
Thanks for the recommendation.
The coding is frozen for this release, if you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins.
WE can do something similar to what you are asking, but we do not have shortcodes for the main views of month, list, etc. Just for the Pro Widgets.
However, the plugin does create a Category View for each Event Category with the main views of month, list, map, etc…
For example if you have an event category of Lettuce the url is this:
yoursite.com/events/category/lettuce/
So that is one way to show only events from one category in the main views and you can link directly to any of those.
So you could make all the states categories and link people to each one of those views.
The core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Will do this so you could test it out there.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for trying out our plugins and sorry for the confusion. I can help out here.
The Events Calendar does not have shortcodes to display the main views of Month, List, Map, Photo, Etc.
It only has shortcodes for the Pro Widgets.
So you are correct it creates an archive for the main views with the default slug /events/ which can be changed in the event settings.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Currently, events can only have one start and end time.
The only way to have multiple times is to create multiple events.
You could create an All Day Event and then put all the times in the description or it could be possible to use custom fields to add more times and then modify the templates on the front end to display those times follow our themer’s guide.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I can try to help out with that, but I am limited in supporting customizations.
Let me know though.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. By default custom post types are not included in the WordPress search.
I found this guide that could help you include those in the search:
https://thomasgriffin.io/how-to-include-custom-post-types-in-wordpress-search-results/
The event custom post type is:
tribe_events
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
That is an interesting feature, but nothing we have can do that. Everything is tied into using dates so it would be a significant overhaul of the plugin to do as you ask.
So unfortunately, we are not going to be able to help out on this.
Sorry to disappoint.

MemberWhen you go to your site’s admin > plugins.
What is the version number for each event plugin?
September 3, 2015 at 12:27 pm in reply to: Blank Calendar (no events displayed) when switching month views #1001749Brian
MemberHi,
Glad you figured it out.
The AJAX in WordPress goes through the admin so it would pick up on admin only functions. So that makes sense now why it caused the issue.
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOh sorry my bad I told you the wrong directory.
This is correct:
/enfold/tribe-events/month
I forgot both the views and src should be removed and replaced with tribe-events instead.

Brian
MemberI would start at the beginning and make sure the theme is active, the file is in the directory, and the changes saved in the template.
Instead of removing things maybe just add a word to see if it shows up.
Do you have caching on your site? Did your browser cache it?
