ParticipantHi Support,
The “Next” Button in the List view of the main Events page is no longer functioning. I activated the Twenty 14 theme, and the “Next” button functions properly. Clearly, this is a theme conflict.
Please advise on what file/function I need to edit.
Thank you so much for your help!

ParticipantHi Support,
My apologies for the early follow-up. My company would like this page to go live to the public in press release form in 1 hour. Any help you can provide me to fix this would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
Best,

MemberHi Again,
Sorry delay of not getting to this yesterday. I can help out.
I visited your site again and using the List View I was able to navigate using the Next and Previous Events buttons.
That is in both Chrome and Firefox.
Are you seeing the issue still or is it working for you?
Let me know.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Brian,
Thanks for your support.
I was reading through other forum threads on this topic yesterday, as I assumed others have had this issue. I would up renaming the list/nav.php file so it would be set to the default nav functions. This change fixed my issue. I made this change at EOD, and didn’t respond to this thread.
This problem is temporarily fixed.
I do have a follow-up question that is related to this problem, however. Once Event Calendar Pro releases another update, and a new list/nav.php file is generated, will this problem happen again?
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Glad you have a way around the issue. Not sure of the cause though within your theme.
What is the theme company that makes it? As they do have some custom coding with the Events Calendar so that could be the issue and we would want them to fix it.
If you make the changes to the templates in your theme following our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Then on updates the changes with stick. Unless of course you update your theme so it is recommended you use a child theme for the custom templates.
Good Luck on Your Launch.
