    Hi there

    We have Events Calendar pro installed but are having repeated issues with ‘Next Event’s and ‘Previous Event’s links on our pages.

    The listing shows… but… when you try to go to ‘Next Events’ link or ‘Previous Events’ link… the timer spinning wheel sits spinning forever.

    This happens in List view, Month view and Photo view.

    I hope someone can help with this please

    We are up to date with WordPress version and are using the theme DIVI by Elegant Themes.

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.

    I visited your site and see what you mean.

    It did not give me any errors though, which is strange.

    As a first step can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.

    Let me know what you find out.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues.

    I am not seeing any other reports of this so I am not sure what is unique about your site causing this yet.

    Do you have any coding in the admin to block access based on a role or something similar? The AJAX to move between events requires admin access and sometimes that can cause an issue.

    What about in your htaccess file do you have anything there that might block this?

    Can you also contact your host and see if they see anything in the server error logs or if they have any settings that might cause this?

    Finally, you could add the following code to your themes’s functions.php to disable ajax so people could switch between event date ranges:
