    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

    We do not have a feature to do as you ask with the Multi Day Events.

    If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Cheers

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing that information.

    I used all the settings you have and the time stayed at 8am to 9am for all the recurring events in the series.

    So I am not sure why it is not working for you, but works for me.

    To get some more information please provide your system information in a private reply:

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin. I can try to help out here, but we are limited in supporting theme compatibility issues.

    For that thread you linked to we provided access to WooCommerce Tickets.

    That plugin although not being updated with new features is still supported and updated to make sure it works.

    I have generated a license for you for WooCommerce Tickets as well.

    I am not sure what Eventica does not support about Event Tickets Plus, but I would encourage you to contact them about it.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

    Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    Hi,

    I am not able to reproduce the issue on my test site.

    Can you please provide a screenshot of your recurring settings for a new event?

    WordPress Timezone
    Also, what is your WordPress Settings here:

    Admin > Settings > General > Timezone

    Next to the timezone it displays Local and UTC time, please provide that as well. It should be something like this:

    UTC time is 2015-09-11 16:26:23 Local time is 2015-09-11 12:26:23

    Timezone Settings
    What are your two settings here:

    Events > Settings > General Tab > Timezone Settings

    Let me know and we can go from here to resolve this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I have done a one time extension of your license and you now have access to Pro 4.1.3.

    Since the events are already created it most likely will not change the times and you would have to reedit the events to get them corrected.

    That is all we can do for an expired license and for further support or updates we require an active license.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    It looks like your theme’s css is overzealous and causing the issues.

    I can help try to fix this issues, but limited in providing support on theme compatibility and might not be able to solve everything.

    I found this css clears up the worse of the issues from your themes css conflict:

    #tribe-events-pg-template #tribe-community-events input {
    height: auto;
    }
    #event_cost select,
    #event_cost input,
    #event_datepickers select,
    #event_datepickers input {
    width: auto;
    display: inline;
    height: auto;
    }
    .tribe_community_edit #ui-datepicker-div.ui-datepicker th,
    .tribe_community_edit #ui-datepicker-div .ui-datepicker-calendar tbody tr > * {
    padding: 0.20em 0;
    }
    .tribe_community_edit #ui-datepicker-div .ui-datepicker-title select {
    display: inline;
    }
    .tribe_community_edit #ui-datepicker-div.ui-datepicker td a,
    .tribe_community_edit #ui-datepicker-div.ui-datepicker td span {
    height: auto;
    line-height: 13px;
    }

    Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    For Event Tickets Plus we have a Global Stock Feature.

    So you can set one stock for multiple tickets.

    You can read about how to use the feature here:

    Creating Tickets

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
