October 8, 2015 at 3:07 pm in reply to: Upgrade to business license but personal expires on Dec 1st, 2015 #1012893
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can help on your upgrade question.
When you upgrade it gives you another year on the license from the date of upgrade. You pay the price of the upgraded license minus what you are already paid for the personal license.
So if you upgraded today the license would expire on 10/8/2016.
Does that make sense?
We have this guide to upgrading as well:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
If you upgrade and that does not happen please let us know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Ok thanks for the info.
I noticed on the site when I go to the http version of the calendar it does not work.
When I go to the https version it does go to the next month correctly, but then does not work after that.
It appears the site is jumping between https and http.
That could be causing some of these issues.
Are you able to keep the site all on https?
Brian
MemberGreat glad it helps.

October 8, 2015 at 2:55 pm in reply to: See All link produces 404 again for Events Calendar Pro 3.12.3 #1012885Brian
MemberHi,
Yep the versions are fine. The important part is the first two numbers so 3.12 to 3.12.3 is good. 3.11 to 3.12 could create issues.
And thanks for the screencast. We were talking about two different areas.
Ok so the Recurring Events All page…
A good place to start to narrow this down is to follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
When you follow the guide, please try on a new recurring event as well.
Can you please do that and let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the info.
When you go to a ticket product in the WooCommerce single product editor is there a field or selection for Sensei? Does a Ticket have it selected?
Or how else are Sensei classes created?
We might be able to provide a hook on ticket creation to uncheck or turn off the Sensei setting if there is one.
Let me know.
Thanks
October 8, 2015 at 2:43 pm in reply to: Getting credit for affiliate sales for EventBrite imported events #1012875Brian
MemberHi,
That sounds like an interesting idea. I am not sure thought he Eventbrite API even supports the affiliate links or there is a reliable way to get them.
We usually take all our new ideas for the plugins from our UserVoice page at tribe.uservoice.com so I encourage you to add it there.
Have you seen or heard of anyone else using the Eventbrite API like this? Or is it just doing manual links?
Let me know.
Thanks
October 8, 2015 at 2:39 pm in reply to: The load_ecp_into_page_template method overrides page builder content #1012872Brian
MemberHi,
I changed the priority on my test site and the events all loaded. That is both single events and the event views.
So it does not cause an outright error.
If you disable the Page Builder Plugin does the single events work again?
What about changing the event template, does that help?
Events > Settings > Display Tab
Then change this setting:
Events Template to Default Page Template or another setting
Let me know if that helps, I can try to help some more, but I am limited in supporting 3rd party conflicts and may not have a way to resolve this.
Let me know though.
Thanks

October 8, 2015 at 2:30 pm in reply to: Hide Category from Main Calendar, but not Category Calendar #1012865Brian
MemberHi, try changing it to this with the quotes around each slug:
array('agency-distribution','community-market','mobile-pantry'),October 8, 2015 at 2:28 pm in reply to: Event Submission overwriting bottom Widget in Theme #1012863Brian
MemberHi,
What about removing that other snippet and trying this:
/*
* Reset Post Data After Community Form
* @version 1.0
*/
add_action( 'tribe_events_community_form_after_template', 'tribe_reset_query_after_community_two' );
function tribe_reset_query_after_community_two() {
wp_reset_query();
}If that does not help I am out of ideas unfortunately as I am not sure how that widget works.
If you can provide any more details on it I might be able to help, but I am limited in fixing 3rd party coding conflicts.
Thanks

MemberHi Again, I have answered your questions below:
MedSpeaks includes sending email summaries to a mailing list(s) and segments. Is that part of the product? If yes, is there a demo of standard product?
We do not have any email features. That is done by their own coding or another plugin.
wpshindig is rater slow is that the host or application?
The site hosting is having issues today and we are looking into it.
Month calendar view grays out past dates. Is there setting to eliminate.
That is done with css it could be changed with new css, but no direct setting to just change.
Week calendar lists time is there an option to eliminate time and just order events. The current view just lays one event on top of (hiding) others with the same or overlapping times.
There is no feature to change as you describe for the Week View. 4.0 will have a widget/shortocde called This Week that does that, but I do not have a timeline when it will be released.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks of updating.
The event you linked to is in the past and tickets will not show on past events.
Do you have a future event with tickets?
As for the Month View.
I am getting this error on the console:
NetworkError: A network error occurred.
That means the script is trying to load events from another url.
I noticed you did a site migration, did you change the url of the site too?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
