When a ticket is purchased an email is sent out with “Course Description” and the custom field “sensei_payment_complete” gets added to the order.

Apparently there must be a conflict with Sensei by WooThemes.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting this issue.

I am not exactly sure what you mean though.

Is the custom field sensei_payment_complete being added to the ticket email itself or to the order email?

Do you have a screenshot of what is happening that you could provide in a link to dropbox or a image sharing service?

Also, have you contacted WooCommerce about this as well? It appears their coding is adding it so they might have to fix it in Sensei.

Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.

    Thanks

I will contact WooThemes but I thought I would start here. It appears as if WooCommerce thinks a “Ticket Sale” is a “Course Sale” – therefore the mail the customer receives states “Course Details” and the sale includes the “sensei_payment_complete = 1”

I have attached a link to the ScreenShots.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info.

When you go to a ticket product in the WooCommerce single product editor is there a field or selection for Sensei? Does a Ticket have it selected?

Or how else are Sensei classes created?

We might be able to provide a hook on ticket creation to uncheck or turn off the Sensei setting if there is one.

    Let me know.

    Thanks
