Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.
I visited your site and see what you mean. I also see a Javascript error causing the breakdown.
I believe the issue is your theme is loading an older version of jQuery then what ships with WordPress.
I am not sure what theme you have, but disabling that and using the WordPress version is a good place to start to resolve this.

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but I am limited in supporting compatibility issues.
I found this css overrides your theme’s css and keeps the text black:
#tribe-events-content table.tribe-events-calendar tr:hover td a {
color: #000;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Change the #000 to the color your would like.

If you are clicking on the Add Another Organizer and it does nothing, but add the pound sign it sounds like a javascript error.
Do you have a link to where this is happening? It is hard to tell without checking it out.

I looked up the error code and this is what Google said:
“If reCAPTCHA was working and you suddenly start getting “An internal error occurred”, did you recently delete the Google account that you used to sign up for the keys? If so, register for new keys with an active account and try those.”
Please verify your account and get new keys and try those and see if that helps.

Events > Settings > Display Tab > Date Format Settings > “Time range separator”

Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Also, you can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and use these steps to manually update:

In that case please email us at support(at)theeventscalendar.com with the order number and we can help switch the license.
If you would like to sell tickets and only setup from the admin then WooCommerce Tickets will work, but tickets are created per event so it is not possible to create tickets and then assign them to an event.

Plugins never rely on any files from a theme or they would not work. I usually test everything and Genesis and do not have this issue there.
Our plugin does rely on scripts in WordPress and sometimes a theme replaces those scripts and causes an issue. Does you theme change jQuery from the version shipped with WordPress?
Also, do you have a link I can see the issue?
Maybe I can see what the issue is by seeing the problem live.
