Hei,
i get this message on the events calendar pro: sorry, your key is out of installs.
But it expires march 2016…
I have problems with the calendar when i want to make new events and i think this is the reason for eventscalendar not updating to the last version. It seems that it stopped updating at version Events Calendar PRO 3.9.2, The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets 3.9.1
Need help to understand this…
Best regards,
M
November 25, 2015 at 4:50 am #1030542BrianKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Also, you can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and use these steps to manually update:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks
November 25, 2015 at 10:01 am #1030893Morten EfraimsenParticipantThanks,
I did this an it made it possible to do the update.
But then the link to eventbrite seems to be gone.My API key was removed and i am not allowed to write(get access) to the aplication Key field in events calender to reactivate the connection. So when creating a new event i am not asked to publish it on eventbrite as i used to.
Do you know how to fix this also?
Best regards, Morten

Thank you so much for trying to help me with this.
The problem is not getting the API KEY ETC. from Eventbrite.
But i am not able to put any text in the “Application Key” field under Events –> Settings –> Eventbrite on my WordPress site. I have the key and the secret, is it possible for you to take a look at my site?I can send PM with login etc…
Best regards, Morten

November 29, 2015 at 7:31 am #1032092BrianKeymasterHi,
We are on Thanksgiving Vacation and spending time with our families so we are delayed in responding to support requests.
I can send PM with login etc…
I appreciate the offer!
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
If you are not able to add content into a field it could be a conflict on your site as I was not able to reproduce the issue.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
