    The Filter Bar is there and you can see the options but it doesn’t do anything. I just bought the plugin yesterday. Made sure my license key was correct, etc.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.

    I visited your site and see what you mean. I also see a Javascript error causing the breakdown.

    I believe the issue is your theme is loading an older version of jQuery then what ships with WordPress.

    I am not sure what theme you have, but disabling that and using the WordPress version is a good place to start to resolve this.

    WordPress ships with 1.11.3.

    That is a good one to use. I would recommend using what WordPress ships as we will always support the latest version there.
