MemberHi,
If the shortcodes are not working anywhere it sounds like Pro is not active.
Can you verify Pro is active and on the same version number for the first twp numbers.
So 4.0.x, all the plugins should be on 4.0
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHI,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I visited the link your provided on my iPhone with the latest iOS.
I was able to see the Ticket iFrame in both Safari and Mobile Chrome.
What browser are you using that it is not showing in?
If you clear the cache on the iPhone does it work then?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but limited in theme compatibility.
Do you have a link you can provide in a private reply so I can see what is happening?
It is hard to come up with css to replace it without seeing it live.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Having said that if everyone is logged in to view the internal calendar you could set all those events to private to only show to them.
Another option might be this snippet:

Thanks again!

MemberHi Again,
We do not have a way built into the plugin.
We have this guide for sorting by either price or name though:
Does that work for you?
Brian
MemberIt is still a product that can be purchased for now.
Please follow my instructions to email us your order number ( 1053318 ) to support(at)theeventscalendar.com
And we can process the refund there.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our pugins.
It is possible to use shortcodes in widgets.
By default though WordPress does not enable this.
Please follow this guide to make it work:

January 11, 2016 at 8:44 am in reply to: "See all" layout not showing full content in genesis framework #1053947Brian
MemberHi,
I have updated our Genesis Guide and it includes a way to target the recurring event “/all/” page:
You want to replace the filter you were using before to show full content with this one.
That enable all the content to show on that page.
The new snippet also enables you to use any Content Archive Setting now for your posts as it is bypasses for the events.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I have updated the first snippet in our Genesis Guide under the “Genesis content archive settings” to resolve this issue and it is now more robust so that it bypasses the Genesis Content Archive settings completely so you can use all of the settings there without issue now.
It will also target the “/all/” view and show the content there.
Let me know if that resolves the issue for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Did you renew both or just one of them?
If you did both please email us with the order number to support(at)theeventscalendar.com
And we can refund one of them.
If you only did one I can extend your license for Event Tickets Plus without a refund.
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
You do not need to renew WooCommerce Tickets.
We are replacing it with Events Tickets Plus and gave you a license for that plugin when we launched it last month.
We have this guide to moving to Event Tickets Plus:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
