ParticipantHello
I have been with problems with the iframe in iphone devices, it is not working for example: https://www.milkwood.net/course/urban-farming-masterclass-melbourne-160227/#myAnchor
I think is a problem with the theme because I changed to a default WordPress theme and it worked.
This problem is only in iphone, tested in many desktop browsers and galaxy devices and it works fine
I checked in my browser if there is any console error, but I seems to be fine.
ThanksJanuary 11, 2016 at 9:10 am #1053966Brian
MemberHI,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I visited the link your provided on my iPhone with the latest iOS.
I was able to see the Ticket iFrame in both Safari and Mobile Chrome.
What browser are you using that it is not showing in?
If you clear the cache on the iPhone does it work then?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

ParticipantHello
The problem is not that iframe is not showing, the problem is if you touch in any part of the iframe, it does not do nothing.
I cleared cache and I am using safari.

MemberHi,
Oh I see the issue now. I was not clear what you meant before.
I can try to help out here, but we are limited in supporting theme compatibility issues.
I looked at your site through Safari Developer Tools on my iPhone and was not able to find the source of the issue in your theme.
I checked on my test site the iframe is working there so it does not appear to be an issue with Eventbrite.
Unfortunately, there is not much else I can do for conflicts like this. The next step would be to troubleshoot though all the stylesheets and scripts that your theme loads and see which one is causing the conflict and from there narrow it down further to the specific code doing it.
I can try to help out further if you provide more information.
Thanks
