    I am trying to update my license key and it it not reflecting on my site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    You do not need to renew WooCommerce Tickets.

    We are replacing it with Events Tickets Plus and gave you a license for that plugin when we launched it last month.

    We have this guide to moving to Event Tickets Plus:

    Hi,

    Did you renew both or just one of them?

    If you did both please email us with the order number to support(at)theeventscalendar.com

    And we can refund one of them.

    If you only did one I can extend your license for Event Tickets Plus without a refund.
