ParticipantHi, kezamedia. I’m really sorry, but I don’t know what to tell you. 🙁 I’ve checked with other team members, and they’re able to see it, too. It sounds like maybe you have a caching issue, but more than that, I’m not sure what suggestion to offer.
I guess the one thing would be to try updating to our latest release, out yesterday. That might be enough to shake things up. 🙂
If there’s anything else we can do to help, please let us know!

ParticipantGreat news on finding a solution, jmbalsa! 🙂 Well done!
For your new issue, please submit a separate thread. We strive to keep our support threads to one issue each. We’ll be happy to help you in your new thread.
Thanks so much!

ParticipantIt certainly could be a multisite issue. Good call!
In that case, I’m not sure how to advise you. It certainly is theoretically possible, but I don’t know that we could advise you on it.
Sorry that we can’t give you a solution. Best of luck crafting one that works for you!
Kelly
ParticipantIt works fine there too: https://cloudup.com/cxUEyQOeEM6
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

ParticipantI’m confused that this wouldn’t work for you. Did you install the free Woot Library plugin? That snippet won’t work without it.
Kelly
ParticipantWell, first, congratulations on figuring out what was going on. 🙂 Really nice work!
As far as where to go from here, you have a couple of options. First, you could try another plugin that does something similar but is known to work well with our plugin. Members would be a good option: http://wordpress.org/plugins/members/.
Alternatively, you could try to act as the go between to try to figure out where things are breaking down. Since our plugin has about 10 times as many downloads as the one you’re reporting a conflict with, we’d appreciate it if you’d ask them to take a look at where their plugin may be gumming up the works on the admin side. They can download a copy of the free version of TEC here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
I’m glad that we’re getting closer to a solution for you, runwildmissoula!

ParticipantSure thing! I took this just moments ago: http://d.pr/i/j8SY

ParticipantHi, jmbalsa. While it is possible that you can write something to make this happen, it’s not the sort of bespoke customization that we can offer support for in this forum.
Unfortunately, your snippet does not look like it will work. Your best bet is to use the URL/category-based filtering as that will always be supported.
Sorry that I can’t offer more here. Best of luck as you continue to craft your solution!

ParticipantHi, philmacaulay. So glad to hear that the plugin is working out for you!
To disable the email tickets, you could try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:
https://gist.github.com/MZAWeb/d18252e91b6328abbf93
As with all snippets on github, you probably don’t need the opening PHP tag if you already have one at the top of the file.

ParticipantHi, contactjeromepallecom. Thanks for digging through the forum to find this.
Would you mind going through this tutorial that gives more comprehensive instructions?
It may be that you see something there that you missed.
Please let us know how it goes!

ParticipantHi, Andrew! 🙂 Sorry for the frustration here.
Were you able to see the elements for adding the ticket to the cart when you deactivated other plugins and changed your theme? Often, this sort of thing is the result of a conflict with other software.
Thanks!

ParticipantGreat question, clubpage! 🙂
It might be easiest to set up a discount code for them in WooCommerce. Would that work for you?

ParticipantHi, again! We’ve worked up a snippet which seems to resolve the issue in our testing.
Please add this to your theme’s functions.php file:
Also, as this is a temporary stopgap measure, please make a note of where you put it. For good housekeeping purposes, you’ll want to remove this once we get a fix rolled into our plugin.
Thanks! 🙂
