    I have a large number of life members (who have paid a one off fee to attend all future events). Is there a way to upload their details into Event Calendar Pro or WooCommerce Tickets, to that I can send them a ticket to the Event?…..

    It might be easiest to set up a discount code for them in WooCommerce. Would that work for you?
