ParticipantI purchased WooTickets and thus added the events calendar. Testing it out shows that my events are not showing up. Researching the forum, I have tried disabling each plugin, as well as switching to a default theme, still nothing. Am I missing something?

ParticipantHi kezamedia,
Well that’s no good. Did the events ever show up? Do they show up if you have only The Events Calendar active but not WooCommerce Tickets? And by “show up” are we talking about on the front end or in the admin dashboard? Can you give me any more specifics?

ParticipantHi, kezamedia. Thanks for the login to see your site. 🙂 That’s super helpful.
From what I see, your two events appear in Month View, but not in List View. There are two things that could be the issue that come to mind.
I notice that you mention that you tried reverting to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve and deactivated all other plugins as part of the troubleshooting process. While investigating that, did you notice any change? This could certainly be the result of a theme- or plugin-conflict.
Secondly, The Events Calendar is designed to live at yourwebsite.com/events-slug. I notice that you have it in a subdirectory. It’s possible that that could be the culprit as I’ve seen that arrangement produce strange symptoms in the past.
Please let us know how your troubleshooting goes!

ParticipantHi, kezamedia. We’re always happy to help.
Have you tried using a default theme like Twenty Twelve? I just went to your site and switched briefly to that theme and I was able to scroll through your calendar and see the events. I also notice that when I navigate directly to March in your theme of choice, the events show up: http://kezademo.com/bsc/all-seminars/2014-03/
As that’s the case, this is clearly an instance of a theme conflict. I see that you are using a custom theme. Have you considered contacting you theme developer to see if they have any insight on what might be happening?

ParticipantStrange… I don’t see that. It is blank for me and doesn’t show what you are seeing. What browser are you using? I’m using Firefox on a Mac

ParticipantIt works fine there too: https://cloudup.com/cxUEyQOeEM6
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

ParticipantStrange, I just tried it in 4 different browsers. 2 on my apple, and I emulated a PC with Firefox, 1 on a Dell computer as well, and still don’t see what you are seeing.

ParticipantHi, kezamedia. I’m really sorry, but I don’t know what to tell you. 🙁 I’ve checked with other team members, and they’re able to see it, too. It sounds like maybe you have a caching issue, but more than that, I’m not sure what suggestion to offer.
I guess the one thing would be to try updating to our latest release, out yesterday. That might be enough to shake things up. 🙂
If there’s anything else we can do to help, please let us know!
