    Hello!

    Have setup the following test class event, and when adding the ticket to the cart, the cart is empty.

    I’ve walked through the new user primer twice and not seeing any setup tasks that I missed. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

    I can provide a WP Admin login if you’d like to review.

    Hi, Andrew! 🙂 Sorry for the frustration here.

    Were you able to see the elements for adding the ticket to the cart when you deactivated other plugins and changed your theme? Often, this sort of thing is the result of a conflict with other software.

    Hi Kelly –

    Just to clarify based on your reply – “were you able to see the elements for adding the ticket to the cart” is not the issue we are having. There is a ticket field which allows me to try to book a reservation for the class.

    The issue is that when I do so, and subsequently get transferred to the Woo shopping cart, the cart is empty.

    Disabling plugins/themes has no affect.

    Hi, Andrew! My apologies for the tardy reply. I only got back in the country early yesterday morning. I’m sorry that this slipped through the cracks while we were away.

    I’m still not seeing the normal pieces of the WooCommerce Tickets ticket windows, such as where to set the number of tickets to add to your cart. When you revert to the base plugin without customizations, does it work as expected?

    Hi, Andrew. Thanks for the example event.

    You can see from this screenshot ( http://d.pr/i/IE1C ) that the piece for selecting the quantity of tickets to be added to the cart is missing. If this is not resolved by reverting to a standard theme/deactivating plugins/using an unmodified version of the plugin, I would suggest reinstalling the WooCommerce Tickets plugins and seeing if that helps.
