ParticipantGreat question, chesapeakeghostwalks! I definitely see what you’re talking about on that page.
I’ve never had such reports from a user. Our products are not set up as exclusionary. (The are hidden from the store by default, but otherwise normal.)
I’m wondering if there’s something going on with your theme? Have you tried changing your theme to a WP default like Twenty Twelve? Did that make a difference?
Have you confirmed that things go back to normal when you disable the plugin? If it is related, that should make it go back to normal.
Hope this helps! 🙂

ParticipantHi, highasp! I just wanted to check in and see how you were doing. Have you found a solution that works for you?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Andrew. Thanks for the example event.
You can see from this screenshot ( http://d.pr/i/IE1C ) that the piece for selecting the quantity of tickets to be added to the cart is missing. If this is not resolved by reverting to a standard theme/deactivating plugins/using an unmodified version of the plugin, I would suggest reinstalling the WooCommerce Tickets plugins and seeing if that helps.
Please let us know how it goes! 🙂

ParticipantHi, metrosonic. Sorry to hear that the update is giving you so much trouble.
So, I’m not sure, it’s possible the update “went bad” somehow. At this point, you will really need to access their install by FTP (or a CPanel like file manager). The first step would be rename the WooTickets plugin directory by prefixing it with __ or something similar, to stop WP from loading it. Then, restore the original name and try again.
If it still happens, you can quickly repeat that same first step – but the next thing would be to do a fresh upload of the plugin files. Assuming that updating the plugin was the cause of the white-out, disabling it by renaming the plugin folder should resolve that.
Please let us know how it goes!

ParticipantHi, Christopher! You absolutely can do this, but if would require significant customization on your own.
Our own Barry Hughes has a fantastic plugin that might help get you part of the way there. Its wiki page on GitHub is also very handy.
Please feel free to open a new topic if you get stuck along the way. Even though we can’t show you how to craft bespoke customizations like that, we’re always happy to help keep you on the right track.
slightlynervous, since it looks like you’ve moved on, I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to open a new topic if you’d still like help with your issue. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantHi, Andrew! My apologies for the tardy reply. I only got back in the country early yesterday morning. I’m sorry that this slipped through the cracks while we were away.
I’m still not seeing the normal pieces of the WooCommerce Tickets ticket windows, such as where to set the number of tickets to add to your cart. When you revert to the base plugin without customizations, does it work as expected?
Kelly
ParticipantNo worries, brandislaton! This is a common problem for users (not just you) and we’re working on a solution that will make it more intuitive. We really appreciate you letting us know what happened!
Kelly
ParticipantGlad to hear that is wasn’t more than a configuration issue! 🙂 Thanks for letting us know, bamoroso!

ParticipantFantastic! Thanks for letting us know. It’s great to hear that you’re back in business! 🙂

ParticipantHi, digg! Apologies for the late reply. I only got back home early yesterday morning.
The reason part of the files are in the core plugin is that all the ticketing plugins use the same underlying framework. This way, any changes are consistent no matter which one you are using.
Please let us know if there’s anything else I can help you with! 🙂
Kelly
ParticipantMy pleasure! Please let us know if anything else comes up!
