ParticipantHi, akent64. Great question!
I’m guessing that this boils down to us not having fully implemented responsive architecture in the plugin. Please rest assured that this is a top priority for us. We expect it to be available in an upcoming release.
Sorry I don’t have a solution for you at present. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll push it out to our user community and make a note in the version release notes.

ParticipantHi, catalyticwomen. Thanks for getting in touch!
For me, the Upcoming Events links work, but the results look distinctly odd. Unfortunately, I can’t see the changes you made without a user account on your site. Would you mind sending a screenshot so that I can have a better idea of what’s going on under the hood?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, db3d. Excellent question!
This sort of issue is probably best handled by adding some CSS to your custom tribe-events.css in the tribe-events/ directory of your theme. For a complete description on where to add the CSS so that it won’t get overwritten later, you can check out the relevant section of our Themer’s Guide.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantGreat question, xrossglobalgroup! 🙂
The explanation for how to add that is from about 1:05 to 1:15 in the same video. Please check it out and let me know if you’re able to replicate the steps on your own site.
Hope that helps! 🙂

ParticipantGreat question, blizzdesign! 🙂 Thanks for getting in touch.
Unfortunately, this is part of a larger known-issue that the plugin has with our plugin applying certain CSS classes to our markup. At present, we haven’t fully fleshed out how we’re going to resolve it, but we are planning to take care of it in a future release.
This means that, I don’t have any specific guidance to offer you for how to fix the errors you’re seeing, but hopefully, they’ll be resolved by upgrading to a future version. When that happens, it will be noted in our release notes.
Sorry I can’t be of more immediate assistance!

ParticipantHi, luansworld! 🙂 That’s great to hear that the video helped you.
I’m so glad you like the forum. I believe that it’s significantly customized, so I’m afraid that I can’t give you a quick idea on how to transfer that to your site. 🙁 I wish I could!
For the quantity of tickets allowed to purchase at any one time, I don’t believe that there is anything built into WooCommerce by default. It’s possible you could try another plugin to help add that functionality. Here’s one that came up on a quick search. It might also be worth searching the WooCommerce forums for more ideas.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

ParticipantHi, jamsmunson! 🙂 This sounds like an awesome implementation.
I’ve never actually tried doing what you describe, but I don’t think the calendar views were intended to support having multiple on a single page. Not that that means it is impossible, it’s just a toss up as to whether there would be issues with the code. Based on that, it might be worthwhile to try to take and adapt widgets because they are designed in such a way there can be many to a page.
Alternatively, you could investigate embedding photo view on the page. We can’t really offer you instructions on how that would work (because we don’t have them), but it comes down to using tribe_get_view() and also ensuring the support JS/CSS assets are made available – and you’d have to work some special shenanigans of your own to dynamically load in the different categories you want, so it perhaps looks like the calendar is present multiple times but isn’t really…
Again, that is sufficiently bespoke we can only suggest a few ideas and can’t take it much further. If you do hit a snag and get stuck, please give us a shout. We’re always eager to make sure you stay on the right track.
Good luck! 🙂

ParticipantHi, madskjeldgaard. This is a great idea!
It sounds like it may be a bit tricky to implement, but the resources in the right sidebar should give you what you need to affect this customization. There are so many variables to doing something like this (how would past events be distingushed from upcoming, how many, from how long ago, which would come first), that it’s not really something where we can create a one-size-fits-all solution.
If you decide to pursue it on your own, please let us know if you hit any snags. We’re always happy to make sure you stay on the right track! 🙂

ParticipantGreat question, dkiessling! Thanks for bringing it up, especially since it looks like many users are experiencing the same issue.
As timersys had deduced, this is an issue with your theme and body_class(). Please give that a shot and let us know if it works for you.
We are looking into revising our dependence on the presence of the body_class() function in themes to avoid this issue. For the time being, it’s a reasonable expectation of ours that themes will follow certain standards. If and when this happens, it will be noted in the version release notes.
juniorstatesman, we do our best to keep threads to one issue each. The short answer to your question is that it would be a bespoke customization. In the future, please start a new topic if you have something else to discuss. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantGreat question, juliemoose! Thanks for doing so much digging on your own. 🙂
I’m going to get with our dev team about this and see what they think is going on. Please let me know if you come across anything else that might shine a light on the issue. Otherwise, I’ll be back in touch once I have an answer from them.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, proimpact. Thanks for all the info and doing so much troubleshooting on your own. That’s very super helpful!
The first thing that comes to mind with this scenario has to do with the ticket sales start date. Would you mind confirming that the ticket sales have already started, i.e. the start date is in the past? Sometimes that can cause the behavior you’re seeing.

ParticipantHi again, cambuurculture! Great question!
Unfortunately, we only have the one option for tickets at this time. If you would like to see more options added in the future, we’d be grateful if you would let us know on our UserVoice page.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, luansworld. Excellent question!
I’m so sorry that your tickets email ended up in the spam folder. That sounds really frustrating!
Unfortunately, we don’t have much in the way of control of various email programs’ spam filtering. I would suggest that you encourage users to add your email address to their address books. That tends to get the emails whitelisted.
Let us know if you find a solution that works well for you!

ParticipantGreat question, cambuurculture! 🙂 We’re happy to help.
Attendee management is handled from the Attendee List associated with an event. You can also deal with orders on the WooCommerce side.
Have you had a chance to check out Part IV of our WooCommerce Tickets New User Primer? That should walk you through all of the options for manipulating the Attendee List, starting at about 1:40.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

ParticipantHi, thetubecruise. That’s a surprising behavior. Thanks for contacting us about it.
I haven’t heard any reports of this. Would you mind trying in other browsers on your system to let us know if this is browser-related?
It could also be that you have another plugin that’s hijacking AJAX on the admin side. Have you tried disabling other plugins to see if that makes a difference?
Thanks so much! 🙂
